★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent value driven family Greek taverna in lefkogia. Wonderful welcome from Stallions as usual. Lovely home grown and home cooked Cretan food. You don't come here for exotic French cuisine, but you do love the freshness and genuineness of everything.
In his price range: unbeatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For us the food was rather mediocre. The chicken was quite dry and the fries not really worthy of their names. The service and guest friendliness is outstanding. The restaurant is located in the centre of the city, it doesn't have own parking spots but you'll find a spot around there for sure. You can pay with card there

The owners were nice but other guests around us smoked and we had no chance to escape this during our dinner. Tsatsiki is runny and not tasty. The fries are oily, the stew is tasteless so just avoid this !

We had a pork Souvlaki, which were very hard and dry. Starter were cheese bals from semi-product by cheaf recomandation..
A Lamb was ok.
Dezert nothing special.
Raki was the best on Crete, So if you like Raki, go there..
Price was ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem! Here you can find true Cretan hospitality and amazingly authentic food. No seafood as this place is not by the sea and it is an authentic Greek taverna. A lot of good vegetables and stuff on the grill. Owners are friendly people really generous and offered us raki, cake, karpouzia. Strongly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has just amazing food! It seems like a family owned restaurant and our waiters/esses were very kind. The food is a great taste of Greece, and it is convenient if you’re staying in the area bc it’s a walking distance as my family had done. We will always remember Stellio’s!
