Η παραγγελία μου χρειάστηκε περισσότερο 1 μήνα να φτάσει σε εμένα, και το γεγονός ότι έφτασε μάλλον οφείλεται στο γεγονός οτι ζήτησα επιστροφή μέσω του Paypal. Δεν μου δώσανε καμία πληροφορία σε σχέση με την κατάσταση της παραγγελίας μου και δεν απαντούσανε στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο, το οποίο είτε ήταν κατεβασμένα, είτε δεν το σηκώνανε μέχρι που έκλεινε. Μετά από μια σειρά εμαιλ, όπου στο δεύτερο δεν απαντήσανε ποτέ ζήτησα χρήματα μέσω του Paypal και ξαφνικά έλαβα ένα αυτόματο μήνυμα ότι η παραγγελία μου απεστάλη. Ο πίνακας έφτασε μέσω του courier και πραγματικά το κόψιμο και το τελάρωμα του είναι πολύ χαμηλής ποιότητας. Δε συνιστώ το κατάστημα σε κανέναν και για τους δύο παραπάνω λόγους. My order took more than 1 month to reach me, and the fact that it arrived is probably due to the fact that I requested a refund via Paypal. They did not give me any information regarding the status of my order and did not answer the call center, which was either down or did not pick it up until it closed. After a series of emails, where the second one was never answered, I asked for money through Paypal and suddenly I received an automatic message that my order had been sent. The board arrived via the courier and really the cut and the frame are of very low quality. I do not recommend the store to anyone for both of the above reasons.

Ύστερα από πολλαπλές δικές μου παρακλήσεις για κάποια ενημέρωση έλαβα μήνυμα πως είναι σε στάδιο παραγωγής. Καμία ουσιαστική πληροφορία για το πότε θα είναι τελικά έτοιμη. Άργησα να γράψω κριτική με την ελπίδα πως κάτι θα αλλάξει, όμως από ένα σημείο και μετά οφείλουμε να προειδοποιήσουμε και τους υπόλοιπους καταναλωτές. Similar experience to previous ones. Z	Zabeta Trobouki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν υπάρχει έστω και μια θετική κριτική είναι σίγουρα από τους ίδιους από τον Νοέμβριο η παραγγελία ήρθε τώρα τον Μάιο όλο αυτό το διάστημα δε σήκωναν ούτε τηλέφωνα ούτε απαντούσαν σε μέιλ ενώ είχα δώσει και προκαταβολή με έβαλαν να πληρώσω και τα μεταφορικά. Η χειρότερη εταιρεια μακράν. If there is even a positive review, it is definitely from them since November, the order came now in May, all this time they did not pick up the phones or answer emails while I had given a deposit and they made me pay the shipping. Προσπαθούμε να σας εντοπίσουμε τόσο στο κεντρικό νούμερο, όσο και στο τηλέφωνο του Χαλανδρίου (εντός ωραρίου των καταστημάτων σας) και δεν απαντάει κάνεις. Συνεχώς βγάζει ένα αυτοματοποιημένο μήνυμα ότι δεν υπάρχουν διαθέσιμοι τηλεφωνητές. Κατά δεύτερον, όταν κάποιος κάνει παραγγελία έναν καμβά, προφανώς τον θέλει σε ένα εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα, το οποίο καλό θα ήταν αν το αναφέρετε εξ αρχής. Γενικά απίστευτη καθυστέρηση και καμιά δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας. Πολύ κακή εμπειρία. First of all, if you have phones on the site, find a way to answer them.
