Κτίστηκε το 1928. Την περίοδο του Μεσοπολέμου (1930 - 1940), στο υπόγειό της, λειτούργησε καμπαρέ (από τα πρώτα της Καλαμάτας) .
Χρησιμοποιήθηκε ως καταφύγιο στον πόλεμο.
Στο ισόγειο και τους δύο ορόφους λειτούργησαν εμπορικά καταστήματα.

It was built in 1928. During the interwar period (1930 - 1940), a cabaret (one of the first in Kalamata) operated in its basement.
It was used as a shelter in the war.
On the ground floor on both floors there were shops.
