Επικοινωνήσαμε αρχικά για καινούριο και μετά για μεταχειρισμένο. Η επικοινωνία μας έγινε με τον κύριο Σαρβάντη όπου μας ενημέρωσε για τα αυτοκίνητα τους και τις διαδικασίες που έχουν σαν όμιλος. Μας παρότρυνε να επισκεφτούμε το κατάστημα στις ώρες που επιθυμούσαμε εμείς. Καθίσαμε πάνω από μια ώρα, μας ενημέρωσε για τα πάντα, μας καθοδήγησε με τεκμηριωμένες απαντήσεις, και με τον σύζυγο μου μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τον υψηλό επαγγελματισμό. Τελικά κλείσαμε το αυτοκίνητο και όταν ήρθε η στιγμή να το παραλάβουμε, ήταν όλα ακριβώς όπως τα είχαμε συμφωνήσει εξ’αρχής. We contacted Mr. Sarvantis where he informed us about their cars and the procedures they have as a group. He encouraged us to visit the store at the times we wished. We sat for over an hour, he informed us about everything, guided us with informed answers, and my husband and I were completely satisfied with the high professionalism.
