Το 2018 πήραμε κούνια και μας εξυπηρέτησαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο για να πάρουμε την ποιότητα που ζητούσαμε σε πολύ καλή τιμή. Τοποθέτηση στο σπίτι, με πολύ προσεκτικό κ διακριτικό προσωπικό. Για επισκευή που προέκυψε, εφόσον δεν πέρασε ο χρόνος εγγύησης και δεν είναι κατινκάτι που προκαλεσαμε οι ίδιοι,επισκευάζουν δωρεάν. Amazing service, human. When buying from this store, you are happy to support local stores and not chain stores. In 2018 we got a swing and they served us in the best way to get the quality we were looking for at a very good price. Installation at home, with very careful and discreet staff. Unacceptable store. Purchase from the eshop 3 times I changed the order because they have a shortage of one to the other. That is, they do not have half of what you see. 1.5 months and still receive. I was baptizing my son in Thessaloniki and I called from Canada and had exceptional service right from the start. Also everything was reasonably priced. Everything was just as I had wanted. I was nervous at first and then I let Fani take over (after I drove her crazy, sorry I'm a bit of a control freak). I had a table with sweets set up outside the church with a vintage traveler theme for my son as well as the church candle and clothes/shoes for his baptism that matched the theme perfectly. Everything was beautifully done with great quality and truly made from the heart. If I have another baby I'm coming right to Fatsoules again without hesitation. Thank you so much Fani!!!

Ordered on 13th of june, recieved call the same day that item will be delivered by Friday 21st of june. Didn't arrive. Called the store on Wednesday 26th of June, was told that item will arrive by Friday (again) 28th of June. Today, 27th June, recieved email, that parcel have been shipped, so it took 2 weeks to finally ship the item. I really hope it comes tomorrow and I'll be happy at least with the item, as online service is very disappointing.
