Δεν πουλας προιοντα που δεν εχεις σε στοκ. Και φυσικα και ειχα κανει παραγγελία μια στολη catboy αν θυμάσται πρέπει να αναφερω το ονοματεπώνυμο μου δημοσια? 13.01 I ordered a product from the online shop and on 24.01 I was informed that they will not receive it from the supplier. Επειδη ειχα ενα θεμα στη συναρμολογηση ηταν προθυμοι να με βοηθησουν να το λυσω. Πολυ ευγενικοι και εκυπηρετικοι. Δεν ειναι η πρωτη φορά που αγοραζω απο αυτο το καταστημα και ειμαι απολυτα ευχαριστημενη Very fast service! Ο κος Παναγιώτης ανταποκριθηκε άμεσα και η κα Ραφαέλα φρόντισε ώστε να λάβουμε άμεσα ένα νέο. Ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένεια! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Excellent service. I placed an online order on a crib mattress. During delivery by shipping there was a problem with an accessory. Mr. Panagiotis responded immediately and Ms. Rafaela made sure we received a new one immediately. Fast service and courtesy! I highly recommend it !!!
v	vaso s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάπου ενδιάμεσα η αξιολόγηση.. Εχω αγοράσει αρκετά βρεφικά προϊόντα και ιδίως ρούχα τα οποία τυγχάνει σε παρεμφερή κατάστημα να είναι οικονομικότερα.. Έχω πάρει επίσης ένα τρίκυκλο το οποίο ήταν ελαττωματικό στο τιμόνι από τη πρώτη ημέρα αγοράς και δεν έγινε καμία αλλαγή.. Την δεύτερη αγορά την πραγματοποίησα το καλοκαίρι ,ένα παιδικό κάθισμα αυτοκινήτου το οποίο είχε και δώρο επιταγή την οποία την ζήτησα διότι δεν υπήρξε νύξη κατά την αγορά.. Σήμερα επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα (η πρώτη πωλήτρια ούτε καν χαιρέτησε )ώστε να σταλθεί το κάθισμα προς επισκευή (δικού μου λάθους) και η πωλήτρια ενδιαφερόταν για εξυπηρέτηση άλλων πελατών οι οποίοι θα έκαναν αγορά εν αντιθέσει με εμένα.. Η εξυπηρέτηση γενικότερα είναι ναι μεν καλή αλλά με προϋποθέσεις θεωρώ.. Εάν θα επισκεφθω ξανά το κατάστημα? Θα εξαρτηθεί από το ενδιαφέρον για το κάθισμα του αυτοκινήτου Somewhere in between the evaluation .. I have bought several baby products and especially clothes which happen to be cheaper in a similar store .. I also got a tricycle which was defective at the wheel from the first day of purchase and no change was made .. The second I made a purchase in the summer, a child car seat which also had a gift check which I asked for because there was no hint at the purchase .. Today I visited the store (the first seller did not even greet) to send the seat for repair (your own my mistake) and the seller was interested in serving other customers who would make a purchase unlike me .. The service is generally good but with conditions I consider .. If I visit the store again? It will depend on the interest in the car seat
Ε	Ευφροσύνη Καλαιτζογλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήρα τηλέφωνο και ρώτησα αν έχουν αδιάβροχο καροτσιου κόσμου λενε φυσικά και έχουμε! Έκανα 20' δρόμο με το αυτοκίνητο για να πάω στο μαγαζί και ο έξυπνος κύριος στο ταμείο να μου δώσει αδιάβροχο για τρίκυκλο ποδήλατο. Μου είπε ότι είναι το ίδιο και ταιριάζει σε καροτσάκι και τελικά δεν ταιριάζει με τίποτα και τζάμπα τα λεφτά που πέταξα ακόμη και αν δεν ήταν πολλά. I got on the phone and asked if they have a waterproof stroller people say of course and we have! I drove for 20 minutes to go to the store and the smart gentleman at the checkout gave me a waterproof tricycle. He told me that it is the same and fits in a stroller and in the end does not fit in with anything and the money I threw away even if it was not much.
M	Maroulita_92 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 24/02 μας τηλεφώνησε η Κ Γεωργία αφού ενημερώθηκε για το συμβάν, ήταν πολύ ευγενική και ζήτησε συγνώμη. Την ευθύνη σίγουρα δεν την έχει όλη το κατάστημα αφού φταίνε και οι εταιρείες κουριερ που πετάνε τα δέματα λες και είναι πατάτες!!! Θα φροντίσουν να μην ξανά επαναληφθεί και θα μιλήσουν και με την κουριερ για καλύτερη μεταχείριση των δεμάτων τους. Τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την επικοινωνία τους και που δεν μας αγνόησαν αλλά άκουσαν τα παράπονα μας. Επίσης μας έστειλαν και ένα κουπονακι. Παρήγγειλα μια παιδική τσάντα η οποία δεν μπορώ να πω ήρθε γρήγορα αλλα ήρθε μέσα σε μια σακούλα. Δεν ήταν τυλιγμένη σε κάτι άλλο και η σακούλα είχε σκιστεί κατά την μεταφορά της με αποτέλεσμα τα λουριά της τσάντας να κρέμονται απ έξω. Απαράδεκτο!!!!! Η τσάντα λέρωθηκε αλλά ευτυχώς με το πλύσιμο καθάρισε. Δίνεις 40 ευρώ και το προϊόν σου έρχεται μέσα σε μια σακούλα τι να πω.... Ποιοτικός έλεγχος ΜΗΔΕΝ!!!!!!! On 24/02, Ms. Georgia called us after being informed about the incident, she was very kind and apologized. The whole store certainly does not have the responsibility since the courier companies that throw the parcels as if they are potatoes are also to blame !!! They will make sure it does not happen again and will talk to the courier about better treatment of their parcels. k	kostas Ditsou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καναμε παραγγελεια ενα μηχανοκινητο αυτοκινητακι επιλογης μας χρωματος μαυρο γυρω στα μεσα Αυγουστου και το θελαμε για παραδοση στις 16/09/21....ολο το χρονικο διαστημα μεχρι την παραδοση του δεν ειχαμε καμια ενημερωση για την εξελιξη της παραγγελειας και το λεω ολο αυτο γιατι 3 μερες πριν την τελικη ημερομηνια παραδοσης μας πηραν τηλεφωνο και μας ειπαν οτι δεν βρηκαμε μαυρο χρωμα και σας εχουμε φερει σε χρωμα ασημι...εν παση περιπτωση το δεχτηκαμε..!το αυτοκινητακι αξιας 250 ευρω μαζι με την συναρμολογηση απο το καταστημα αφου μας το παραδωσαν στο σπιτι διαπηστωσαμε οτι ειναι χτυπημενο-γρατζουνισμενο μπροστα στον προφυλαχτηρα και επισεις δεν αναβανε τα led στα φωτα....εποικηνωνησαμε με το μαγαζι και μας ειπαν φερτε το για να το δουμε κ να κανουμε οτι μπορουμε...οντως το πηραν πισω για 2 εβδομαδες να το επισκευασουν....οταν μας ενημερωσαν για να παμε να το παρουμε οντως ειχαν φτιαξει τα led και τις γρατζουνιες μπροστα πηραν ενα σπρε'ι' και τις βαψαν πραγμα που ξεχωριζε απο το υπολοιπο χρωματισμο και επισεις η αχνα απο το σπρε'ι' εβαψε κ την μιση ροδα...και σαν να μην εφτανε αυτο στην μεταφορα τους περαν αυτων των προβληματων ειχαν σπασει αυτην την φορα στο πισω μερος του μηχανοκινητου το καπακι της μπαταριας....αφου το ειδα κατευθειαν και ξαναεποικηνωνησα μαζι τους αρχισαν να με τα μασανε....στην τελικη τους το ξαναπηγα πισω για να με το επισκευασουν πληρως ή να με το κανουν αντικατασταση γτ σαφως ηθελα να εχω ενα καινουριο αυτοκινητακι κ οχι επισκευασμενο ή ακομα ακομα ισως και μεταχιρεισμενο (δλδ αντικατασταση μπροστινου προφυλαχτηρα και πισω το καπακι της μπαταριας)...βεβαι περασε 1.5 μηνας για να με παρουν κ να με πουν οτι ειναι ετοιμο ελατε να το παρετε....παω εκει κ τι να δουμε...ο προφυλαχτηρας δεν αντικατασταθηκε κ το πισω σπασιμο το κολλησαν κ το βαλαν ενα αυτοκολλητο μαυρο απο πανω για να μν φενεται το σπασιμο...κατευθειαν αρνηθηκα να το παρω και ζητησα ή επιστροφη χρηματων ή αντικατασταση με ενα καινουριο οπως θα εκανε ο καθενας πιστευω...πραγμα που με πολυ κιολας θρασος το αποτρεψαν κ αρχισαν να με λενε οτι δεν μπορουμε να το αναλαβουμε να το παρουμε πισω κ τετοια χαζα και ουτε λεφτα μπορουμε να σας επιστρεψουμε κ χαζα χαμενα...οταν τους ειπα οτι θα απευθυνθω στο εμπορικο συλλογο καταναλωτων με ειρωνια με απαντησαν κ με ειπαν να κανεις οτι θελεις....να σημειώσω πως και τις δύο φορές που το πήραν για επισκευή με είπανε ότι θα το στείλουνε στο εργοστάσιο που το κατασκευάζουμε πράγμα που Ανάθεμα με αν έγινε...το κάναν αυτοί οι ίδιοι εκεί στο μαγαζί τους... στην τελική Το πήρα όπως ήτανε όπως το ειχαν κάνει δηλαδή και έφυγα... η συμπεριφορά τους ήταν ανεπίτρεπτη κ απαραδεχτη.... μακριά παιδιά δεν σας το συνιστώ.... σας βάζω και μερικές φωτογραφίες... Υ.Γ. να σας πω κιολας εντελως πληροφοριακα οτι ολο το παιδικο δωματιο του μικρουλη μας και οτι χρειαστηκαμε για το ξεκινημα οταν γεννηθηκε ολα μα.ολα τα πηραμε απο εκει....κ η αντιμετωπηση τους ηταν αυτη που προανεφερα....συγνωμη αλλα μακρια ειναι απατεωνες...!!! We ordered a motor car of our choice black color around the middle of August and we wanted it for delivery on 16/09/21 .... all the time until its delivery we had no information about the progress of the order and I say all this because 3 days before the final delivery date they called us and told us that we did not find black color and we have brought you in silver color ... in any case we accepted it ..! the car worth 250 euros together with the assembly from the store after they handed it to us at home we found out that it is beaten-scratched in front of the bumper and you also did not turn on the led lights .... we contacted the store and they told us to bring it to see it and do what we can ... they did take it back for 2 weeks to repair it .... when they informed us to go and get it they had really made the leds and the scratches on the front took a spray and painted them something that stood out from the rest the painting and also the trace of the spray painted half the wheel ... and as if that was not enough to transport them, apart from these problems, they had broken the battery cover this time on the back of the motorbike ... .after I saw it directly and contacted them again they started chewing on me .... in their final I took it back to be fully repaired or replaced because I clearly wanted to have a new car and not repaired or not yet repaired maybe used (dld replacement of the front bumper and the back of the battery cover) ... of course it took 1.5 months for them to take me and tell me that it is ready, come and get it .... I go there and what can we see ... the bumper was not replaced and the back break was stuck and they put a black sticker on top to prevent the break ... I immediately refused to take it and asked for a refund or replacement with a new one as everyone would think .. .this that with me They even prevented it with a lot of audacity and started telling me that we can not take it back and such nonsense and we can not return any money to you and nonsense ... when I told them that I would go to the consumer trade association with irony they answered me They told me to do whatever you want .... to note that both times they took it for repair they told me that they would send it to the factory where we make it, which damn me if it happened ... they did it themselves in their shop ... in the end I took it as it was as they had done it and left ... their behavior was inadmissible and unacceptable .... long guys I do not recommend it ....
