m	mary dovrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ψυγείο μας έβγαζε πάγο στην πλάτη, εσωτερικά στη συντήρηση με αποτέλεσμα όλα τα τρόφιμα/λαχανικά να γίνουν νερουλά σαν κατεψυγμένα και να τα πετάξουμε. Ταυτόχρονα έβγαινε ένας πολύ έντονος ενοχλητικός θόρυβος που κρατούσε για ώρες, σταματούσε για μερικά λεπτά και ξανά πάλι τα ίδια όλο το βράδυ. Απευθυνθήκαμε στον κ.Στρατάκια μετά από παρότρυνση και σύσταση συγγενικών μας προσώπων που είχαν ανάλογη εμπειρία με μας και ειλικρινά δεν το μετανιώσαμε καθόλου. Είναι αξιόπιστος, άψογος επαγγελματίας, πολύ αποτελεσματικός με κύριο μελημά του, την άμεση επίλυση του προβλήματος και πολύ λογικός στη χρέωση. Προσωπικά τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! The fridge put ice on our backs, internally during storage, with the result that all the food / vegetables became watery like frozen and we threw them away. At the same time there was a very loud annoying noise that lasted for hours, stopped for a few minutes and again the same all night. We addressed Mr. Stratakias after the encouragement and recommendation of our relatives who had similar experience with us and we honestly did not regret it at all. He is a reliable, impeccable professional, very efficient with his main concern, the immediate solution of the problem and very reasonable in charging. I personally highly recommend it!

Εψαξα στο Google για τεχνίτες στη Χαλκίδα βρήκα το κατάστημα του κου Στρατάκια. Εκεί που τέτοιες μέρες άλλοι τεχνικοί πολύ πιθανόν να μην απαντούσαν ούτε στο τηλέφωνο, ο άνθρωπος ήρθε Μεγάλο Σάββατο πήρε την χαλασμένη πλακέττα και την Τετάρτη του Πάσχα το πρωί το πλυντήριο δούλευε! 'Αξιος της φήμης του: Αψογος επαγγελματίας και ΑΜΕΣΗ εξυπηρέτηση. I arrived at the cottage for Easter on Good Friday and found that the washing machine did not want to work. I did a Google search for craftsmen in Chalkida and I found Mr. Stratakia's shop. Where on such days other technicians most likely would not even answer the phone, the man came on Holy Saturday took the damaged board and on Easter Wednesday morning the washing machine was working! We called the service in the morning about a faulty LG washing machine and made an appointment for the same afternoon. The technician came on time and prepared with the part that needed replacement and we were up and running after 15 minutes. Very professional, experienced and brilliant service. Very happy with this.
