Trainers are excellent, most are professional athletes or even a physiotherapist themselves, and they pay careful attention to each student in small group classes -- meaning they know how much to push you and give a good amount of encouragement. Each class is different, giving students a lot of variety and they can tailor the exercises to what you need. Locker rooms and showers are available and best of all, the classes are outdoors with 5-8 minute runs around the beautiful National Garden. Even though I haven't been able to go consistently, I'm happy to have found Street workout :)

The trainers are excellent, friendly, experienced and know how to make sure you are working at your level while pushing you to do more. The classes are not over crowded so it’s like getting personal training and being motivated by the group at the same time. 5 stars for sure.

Although I signed up for a group run, I was lucky enough to find myself one-on-one with an accomplished local runner and get a private tour of early morning Athens. I want to be clear that I would have been happy to be part of a group, but I also admit that the private tour was nice! As this was my first morning in Athens, the run gave me an understanding of the city and allowed me to plan my runs over the next few days. I picked up some insider tips about great running spots. At the end of my run, I was given a drink and snacks. Nothing was rushed and the whole experience felt personal and very professional. Street Workout Athens gets my highest possible recommendation for both casual and serious runners visiting Athens.

The coaching was excellent and I picked up some great tips on weightlifting technique. The facilities are very good, with all the equipment you need for strength trainging and the booking process and communication was smooth. A professional setup with highly qualified trainers, highly recommended.

Tonia, Angeliki, Konstantinos and the whole team are professional, kind and motivating trainers doing group classes, one on one, Pilates, conditioning etc. I’ve been coming here off/on for a few years now and continue to enjoy my training. Don’t miss this place during your visit to Athens!
