★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ οργανωμένο και εκπαιδευμένο προσωπικο.Με σωστή απολυμανση και ακολουθώντας όλα τα προτυπα υγιεινής συμφωνα με την προστασια για το covid-19.Εχω ξεκινήσει απο Οκτώβριο και έχω δει ορατά αποτελέσματα παράλληλα με σωστή διατροφή. Για αυτους που έχουν λίγες ώρες ελευθερες, αυτή είναι η σωστή γυμναστική.
Very organized and trained staff. With proper disinfection and following all hygiene standards according to the protection for covid-19. I started in October and I have seen visible results along with proper nutrition. For those who have a few free hours, this is the right exercise.

It is perfect! I started with a semester program and I did it yearly and I will never stop! I love my chiseled body and a thousand thanks to my Evangelos coach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικη ασκηση για οσους δεν αγαπουν και πολυ τα γυμναστηρια ή δεν εχουν χρονο πολυ να διαθεσουν σ αυτά. Διαθετεις 20 λεπτα την εβδομαδα μονο. Το body το γνωρισα σε ενα ταξιδι μου στο Μοναχο πριν δυο χρονια , οταν γυρισα το εψαξα το βρηκα και απο τοτε δεν εχω σταματησει. Κανω body για λογους υγειας και εχω δει τεραστια βελτιωση απο τοτε , εχει αλλαξει η καθημερινοτητα μου .......
Η τοποθεσια πολυ βολικη.
Ο χωρος πολυ καλος ανετος, καθαρος με αποδυτηρια και μπανιο.
Ο προπονητης μου ο Ευάγγελος παρα πολυ καλος και ευχαριστος ανθρωπος ειναι
συνεχεια διπλα μου, τον Ευχαριστώ πολύ!!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφυλακτα!!!
Great exercise for those who do not love the gym or do not have much time to do it. You only have 20 minutes a week. I met the body on a trip to Munich two years ago, when I went back to find it and haven't stopped since. I've been doing bodybuilding for health reasons and I've seen tremendous improvement since then, my daily routine has changed .......
The location very convenient.
The place very good comfortable, clean with changing rooms and bathroom.
My coach Evangelos is a very good and happy man
next to me, thank you very much !!! I highly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η πρώτη επαφή με τον χώρο ήταν πολύ καλή,το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και έμπειρο!Ακολουθουνται τα πρωτόκολλα για τον covvid κι αυτό σε κάνει να νιώθεις μεγαλύτερη ασφάλεια.
Για κάποιον που δε θέλει να ξοδεύει πολύ χρόνο στο γυμναστήριο αλλα θέλει να δει αποτελέσματα στο σώμα του το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
The first contact with the site was very good, the staff very kind and experienced! The protocols for covvid are followed and this makes you feel more secure.
For someone who does not want to spend a lot of time in the gym but wants to see results in his body, I highly recommend it!
