★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and super friendly staff. Our ferry ride got cancelled in short notice. They were really accommodating and found us room to sleep with no hassle.
Our room was facing the street so it could get a bit loud at night. Other than that I'd recommend this place to all backpackers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall nice hostel, wonderful staff. Kind and helpful. Laundry is O.K price, and the accommodations are reasonable for the price. Fantastic location! The only complaint I have is that there are no lock boxes inside the rooms, this leaves travelers feeling a bit uneasy leaving their luggage unattended. But there is a safe behind the front desk to keep your important valuables, which is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the employees burst into our room, fully knowing we were in there, and screamed at us to get out because we hadn't paid for tonight. Context: We have been here since Monday and today is Thursday and let me assure you we HAVE paid. When we arrived Monday, the AC in our room wasn't working. No problem - they switched our rooms. They forgot to update the chart to the room we were moved to. Fine. But it was so inappropriate how this man aggressively bursts into our room - no knock - and literally screams at us to get out and that we haven't paid. Thank God I wasn't naked! I tried to explain but he wouldn't let me. Then we go downstairs to clear this up (they realized quickly they made an error) and he storms off without even apologizing and the other lady blames it on old age....stay somewhere else, y'all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, friendly hostel in good location. They give you a towel, which is great, but i paid 8€ for them to do my laundry and instead of folding it they crumpled it all up in a small bag. Now everything is badly wrinkled and I can't wear any of my clothes. I would rather my clothes were unwashed and unwrinkled. Brought this to their attention and they offered me an iron, but who wants to iron 30 articles of clothing while in vacation? Was a bit of a bummer. Good place to stay, but if you want them to do your laundry ask to take it out of the dryer yourself so you can save this hassle.
