Nice place clean, quiet because it is not in the center, close to the beach

We were there a few years ago and Paralia remained in our fond memories just because of the villa. new, clean, great location, quiet without noise. the bosses are wonderful. recommendation!

Small, clean studies for undemanding. Off the beaten track, you have to walk a bit to the bustle of the town. About 3-4 minutes to the beach.

I lived a week. Nobody turns around the room during the whole stay (cleaning, towels, etc. on one's own). Close to the beach and supermarkets. recommend

Very clean! Non-intrusive owner. In the room air condition additionally payable. Cutlery and plates deducted for the number of guests. Electric kettle and two-burner stove, fridge, pot, pan. 2 rolls of toilet paper per week. Lack of sponge for washing dishes and liquid. Close to about 1 minute to the nearest matketu with decent prices, 2 minutes further cheaper larger market. To the beach 3-4 minutes. Quiet neighborhood though very near to the center. The view from the terrace is uninteresting, to another building or an undeveloped square and a not very busy road. The biggest minus is the ugly beach. In the sand full of pet, the use of sunbeds hopeless - deckchair by the sunbed. Nowhere in Greece have we encountered such a terrible arrangement of private sunbeds by the coastal bars. When ordering anything, a set of 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for free. However, we preferred to choose a towel and sand. There are mats, umbrellas and balls left by other vacationers in the karyes studio. After check-out you can leave your suitcases pending airport transfer. You can use the bathroom with toilet and shower and washbasin, but no outlet to, for example, connect your hair dryer. Overall, a studio cool, clean and with a nice owner. Stay 7 days, a couple of about 40.

Despite the basic equipment, the best accommodation in which I slept during my stay in Greece. New obekt and very well maintained. 3-4 star hotels had a lower standard than the studio (I mean cleanliness and level of furniture consumption, bathroom standard, etc.) The cleanliness of the hotel at 6, zero sand, dust on the floors in the common areas washed probably several times a day. The only drawbacks were the lack of a cutlery drainer and the lack of any shelf in the bathroom for cosmetics. Driving there, you need to remember about towels and cleaning products on your own. In the whole town, unfortunately, there is no laundry, which makes it difficult to relax, especially when you are on vacation longer. (stay August 2019)
