★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία διπλα στην θαλασσα, οι χωροι άνετοι κ πεντακάθαροι, σε μικρή απόσταση απο την χώρα, κοντά στο Τσιλιβί . Οι οικοδεσπότες πολυ φιλόξενοι κ εξυπηρετικοί. Περασαμε υπέροχα κ σιγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε !
 Excellent location by the sea, the spaces are comfortable and clean, a short distance from the country, close to Tsilivi. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. We've done great and surely we'll be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle per la pulizia e altre 5 per l'accoglienza. Anna e Tom si sono mostrati sempre super disponibili e cordiali. La casa è l'equivalente di un monolocale, quindi non aspettatevi un hotel a 5 stelle, ma è l'ideale per una coppia che non ha bisogno di eccessivi comfort
5 stars for cleaning and another 5 for reception. Anna and Tom have always been super helpful and friendly. The house is the equivalent of a studio apartment, so don't expect a 5-star hotel, but it is ideal for a couple that doesn't need excessive comfort

AMAZING PERFECT POSITION OF AWESOME PEOPLE. THE HOUSE IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, IT HAS A HUGE GARDEN AND A FEW METERS DOWN IT HAS A PRIVATE BEACH. AT 7 KILOMETERS, THE BEACH TSILIVA IS THE LARGEST IN ZAKINTHOS ALSO NEAR THE HOUSE, IT HAS AN OVEN, SUPERMARKET AND SOUVLIK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superbe location chez Anna et Thomas qui sont très sympathiques. Anna parle français. Le logement est très complet, un grand jardin qui donne accès directement à la mer. Excellent pour les levée de soleil, apéro le soir, ... Endroit très calme, je recommande vivement.
Superb location with Anna and Thomas who are very friendly. Anna speaks French. The accommodation is very complete, a large garden which gives direct access to the sea. Excellent for sunrise, aperitif in the evening, ... Very quiet place, I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just spent an incredible three weeks at Studio Thalassa in Zakinthos Greece.Its central location, quite surroundings and private beach make it a tremendous value property.The owners Anna and Tom will go out of there way to make you feel like you are part of the family.They certainly did for my wife and I.Located in beach side Kipseli, you are 10 minutes from Tsilivi and if you don't have a car, a bus stop is only 200 hundred meters away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful slice of holiday heaven, with your own private sea access and lush gardens. Room for 3 it was perfect for our family. Our hosts, Tom & Anna, could not have been more friendly, welcoming, thoughtful and helpful. Oh, and some of the best snorkelling on your doorstep too, plus local tavernas in walking distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my stay. The hosts don't speak English well, but you can feel a golden heart. And they have kittens, so adorably cute. A huge garden.
The room was nice and clean, we were allowed to use the washing machine, oven and could borrow their umbrella.
