Studios Athina Plaka - ΠΛΑΚΑ ΜΑΡΑΓΚΑΣ

Perfect hotel right by one of the most beautiful beaches on Naxos. We stayed in a very nicely done up room with view of the mediterranean sea, great air conditioning and a lovely balcony. Hotel staff and Athina herself were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a nice stay. I can also very much recommend the cocktail bar and restaurant (both of which were available at sun loungers on the beach as well). Overall a perfect holiday and relaxation spot!

This place is an absolute gem! The facilities are incredible: Tasteful, comfortable, very clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the location right on the beach is ideal. On top it is extremely good value for money. We can absolutely recommend Athens Studios and will definitely come back!!!

Our family stayed here for two nights recently and it was wonderful (aside from a meltdown a family member had that had NOTHING to do with Athina...a most sincere apology to her staff from all of us!!!) Athina is incredibly accommodating and has the patience, attitude, and capabilities of a saint. I, for some reason, didn't take photos of the property itself aside from the one in the hot tub, but the website is very well done and very capable of portraying its beauty. The second photo is of the water across the street--swimming pool clear! We arrived well before check-in and she graciously held our luggage, fed us, and even got us into our rooms far faster than anyone else would've. Mama Athina takes spectacular care of everyone who stays there and goes above and beyond all expectations. There is a new(?) restaurant and bar there that are DELICIOUS. We were in Greece for 2 weeks and their cocktail menu was our overall favorite by a long shot. 12/10 would stay there again! In fact, our youngest sister is still insisting that she needs to have either her wedding or honeymoon there ;).

A home away from home. Athina Studios is a gem and a place where one feels really well taken care of. Athina the owner, as well as her staff, went above and beyond their way to make sure everyone was happy and catered for. The property was full of personal touches and incredibly well kept. Breakfasts were wonderfully rich with local delicacies and everything home made. The location is superb, an oasis of peace but at the same time surrounded by many restaurants offering choices for every palate. The beach is right across and they have their own provider for massive umbrellas and loungers. The port of St Anna is 10 minute walking distance and it offers a great choice of more authentic Greek cuisine and the possibility to sit at a romantic candle-lit table in the sandy beach fo dinner. The beach of St Prokopios is a 15 - 20 minute walk away. Fantastic experience and it was sad to leave!

Strictly adhered to social distancing. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, on the bus only 20 minutes to town. Beach across the road. Would highly recommend. Thanks to Athina and Maria. Our week's stay was fabulous

Great location location with direct access to the beach at only 15 minutes from old town or from other beautiful beaches by car, gorgeous modern cycladic design, first class service given by a very dedicated team, excellent breakfast with new things everyday, and last but not least, all sanitarian procedures due to covid-19 were taken very seriously by the whole staff. After having visited the Cyclades for 10 days with family, this was the perfect place to relax and recharge our batteries. Great place and great staff, I strongly recommend it!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Who ever want's to just relax in a very familiar and nice hotel...this is the right adress. Excellent hosts who are very pleasent to help you in every belongings. The food is also incredible and the hotel is very clean and the service is great.

Loved this place! Great for families and even better for couples. The design of the place and lush vegetation will make you feel good. Very close to the beach, you can hear the waves at night. Their restaurant is good also, the seating area is under a 100 years old pine tree. Lady Athina is very welcoming and tries her best to make your stay memorable. We had to leave early on the last day, and she woke up extra early to make pancakes for the kids.
