β β β β β Awful service, avoid it.
We booked two rooms, and when we arrived, the place was fully booked. The owner rudely claimed that he knew nothing about our booking, despite our numerous communications(via phone) where we repeatedly asked to pay upfront and he denied (for obvious tax avoidance reasons).
I would add zero stars if I could, avoid this place, it is a scum.

β β β β β Unbearable experience. Two families extremely dissapointed. The breakfast cutlery was almost rusted. The serving process combined eggs with milk pie mixed on the same plate. Room towels were dirty and unbelievably one was torn like a rag used to clean floors. This was extremely unfortunate since the building was amazing and it could with good management have been so much more. Such a pitty they think so little of themselves.

β β β β β The building is nice and rooms are clean and nice. Operations are subpar, squeezing pennies out of everything. The refrigerator was operating under the low temperature of our stuff rather than its own refrigerating power, WiFi at rooms was the worst since the 1980s, breakfast reminded me of my military service - only poorer. The balcony had a couple of chairs - despite being 3 in the room, one of them totally inappropriate to sit on, losing its faux leather in flakes. It featured an umbrella for sun protection that could not sustain a gale, on an island that is renowned for its strong winds. The shower doors are a weird construct of poorly assembled plastics. The hotel is practically run by a couple of teenagers. It is a pity because the buildings are nice. Look elsewhere to enjoy the majestic plaka beach.

β β β β β This hotel is nightmare. Nice building with old furniture. Every second night we didn't have the water or electricity. The only stuff in hotel are kids and for the 10 days we didn't got even smile from them. The breakfast was garbage, reminds me on military days. We drink from the broken cups without handle. The beds are so hard that is not normal! Wi fi is also poor and everything in this hotel is so poor. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

β β β β β Worst experience ever.
We had booked one apartment, when we arrived, the hotel was full and they just offered, with the worst possible manners, to move to another hotel of the same owners. They just say take it or just go!!
It seemed to us that is the usuall way they do things, since this second hotel was terrible, and we heard the same happened to other guests.
AVOID IT!

β β β β β we had booked through a travel agency an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers on the ground floor. When we arrived the studio we were offert on the first floor included a small hallway including 1 single bed facing the bathroom door and a tiny kitchen area, then a doorless doorway opened onto a 1 double bed bedroom with a closed window facing a small desk under which were 2 ottomans. We did not see the outside.
No 4th bed, no table or chair, no sofa as in the pretty photos, which do not match and were not all taken in the same hotel. 25 mètres square at all.
