Best acomodation ever. The owner verry nice and helpfull. Highly recommended for family with childrens.

We had a great time! The room was perfect and clean. You feel like home, and the reason to that, are the great hosts! The place is perfect for family and the sea wonderfull! I, sure am going agin next year!

The room was great - clean, cool, comfy- and Anna, the hostess, was absolutely amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful, discreet... I had an amazing time and will definitely choose these studios next time I visit.

Our studio was very comfortable, with a small kitchen so I could cook our meals, tv, air condition, balcony to enjoy our meal/coffee outside. It also has a bbq and area to eat, swings for the kids and outdoor game area, kid safe as kids can run around and enjoy themselves as it has a wall/gate to protect them Walking distance to the beach - Porto Koufo, Chalkidiki ......wonderful beach! The hosts are very nice people and highly recommend this place!

Positive: A magical place with wonderful hosts. Anna - a sweet and smiling girl, always ready to help us. Clean rooms, lovely yard with play area for children. Barbecue where you can cook your own fish. Here we felt a vacation - silence, sea, nature, delicious food ... Thanks for everything, we will be back again!.

Positive: The studio is nice and equipped with everything that can be useful. There is an efficient air conditioning, a large fridge and three electric hotplates for cooking; the space at our disposal was good to three people. The available balcony is nice and you may use it for your quick lunches or dinner, in case you do not want to go to the restaurant every evening... The cleaning service (every two days) is very efficient and left us so satisfied. We could even taste the breakfast, served directly by the owner Anna, and we were very satisfied with it. Anna is very kind and always available in case of need; she provided us with several useful information for our vacation. She even speaks a bit of Italian Language and definitely puts us at ease! The price paid, in relation to the service, is really very interesting and worth it, very recommandable. The site is very quite and you will sleep very well at night even if the place is along the main road. At the end of the day Studios Kofos Limin is really strategic base to visit the southern part of Sithonia.. Negative: Nothing is bad; you just have to get used to the space in the bathroom (which is not so large), but finally there are no big problems... ;-).

We booked 10 nights. It was really wonderful. The location is not far from beach and it is very quiet. Anna is absolutely wonderful!!! She treats us more than her guests, but friends. We have a small child and a baby. My son can play in the garden. Anna cleans the room every 2-3 days. She is always there to help you when you have questions. Thanks again!
