Πολύ ωραίο το δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι tv και μια μικρή κουζίνα με απαραιτητα σκεύη Ενώ ήταν δύο μονά κρεβάτια μας εξηπηρετησαν και μας τα ενώσανε . Για την τιμή του θα μπορούσε να είναι ποιο καθαρό και καλύτερα ανακαινισμένο θα το προτείναμε καθώς είναι που κοντά στην παραλία και έχει μέσα αρκετές παροχές.

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα, ευχάριστη διαμονή. Ευγενικοί και φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες. Το συνιστώ!!

Έχουν μένει στην δεκαετία του 80. Δεν υπάρχουν ανακατασκευές και το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν ότι χειρότερο έχω πάει τα τελευταία χρόνια. Το έκλεισα από γνωστή πλατφόρμα, έλεγε 25 τμ ούτε 18 τμ δεν ήταν. Μας έβαλε σε ημιυπόγειο στην κυριολεξία πάντα σε σύγκριση με τον δρόμο και την είσοδο των ενοικιαζόμενων δωματίων. Τι κρεβάτι μας είπε ότι ήταν καινούργιο εμείς πιαστηκαμε στη μέση, αλλά δεν μας είπε για το στρώμα. Η ντουλάπα με αράχνες, πολύ σκόνη μέσα χωρίς ένα ράφι ή συρτάρι να βάλεις τα πράγματα σου. Το καπάκι της τουαλέτας με το καθοσουνα έπεφτε πάνω σου. Η κουζίνα από κάτω δεν έχει χώρους είχε ένα παλιό ψυγείο. Με θέα στο κήπο μας είπαν, ποίο κήπο..ένα παρτέρι ανάμεσα στις πολικατοικιες η πρασιά.

Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο και τοποθεσία! Υπέροχη φιλοξενία! Ξεκάθαρο value for money!

overpriced,not value for money as it is not refurbished without any view except for the front building. however it is clean so it worth 2 stars for that.

Clean. 5 stars for cleanliness. Very very careful owner . They fix everything without even mentioning . Perfect service . Only thing missing is available parking space having in mind that the area is a little bit crowded . But value for money 10 stars.

We booked a room with side view of the sea, on arrival there was nobody around, when a lady eventually arrived and gave us a room we did not book, with a view of a concrete gable end wall of another hotel and a balcony view of another hotel directly in front of Pericles studios absolutely no view of Agia Marina sea front. When I tried to let her know we had the wrong room she smiled and said there are two of you and two single beds. The kitchen is deplorable, because of the pandemic I booked self catering but this kitchen was unusable, it states full kitchen accessories yet no kettle, it's the first place I've been to in Greece in over 20 yrs with no kettle and to use the 'cooker' to boil water for 1 cup of coffee took 45 minutes. The entire place needs to be refurbished, it ruined our holiday to have to come back to this place each day, no chair in the room nothing. The tap in the bathroom had to be turned on and off with a pointed finger! Yes there was no room to actually grasp the tap with your fingers! Nowhere to hang the shower head so you had to hold the shower head while showering! I booked on booking.com and the photos are definitely manipulated to make the rooms look bigger which I have notified booking.com about. This is my 3rd trip to Aegina and I was deeply disappointed. They did supply a kettle but only because the cooker doesn't work and on our 2nd last night the temperature went up to 40 degrees the air conditioning stopped working and they did come and changed the remote and yes it was after midnight so between that and the cleaning lady that's the only reason I have given this place a 1 star.
