i	im gin4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα στις 5/9 μια μάσκαρα και ένα προϊόν για τα μαλλιά ×4, όσα ήταν τα διαθέσιμα αποθέματα όπως έδειχνε και στο site του καταστήματος. Με κάλεσαν την επόμενη μέρα για να μ' ενημερώσουν πως τελικά έχουν μόνο 2 από τα 4 διαθέσιμα και πως μπορούν είτε να το αντικαταστήσουν με άλλο προϊόν είτε να γίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων. Η κοπέλα μου πρότεινε κιόλας ενα παρόμοιο προϊόν άλλης μάρκας το οποίο δεν είχα δοκιμάσει και επέλεξα αυτό. Μου ανέφερε ότι θα μου στείλουν κι ένα δωράκι. Παρέλαβα σήμερα τα προϊόντα και τελικά μου είχαν στείλει δύο δώρα. Συγχαρητήρια στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών του καταστήματος διότι πολύ λίγα είναι τα καταστήματα που θα ασχοληθούν και θα μπουν στη θέση του καταναλωτή, πόσο μάλλον να στείλουν και δύο έξτρα προϊόντα λόγω κάποιου λάθους που έγινε σε παραγγελία. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! I ordered on 5/9 a mascara and a hair product × 4, which were the available stocks as shown on the site of the store. They called me the next day to inform me that they finally have only 2 of the 4 available and that they can either replace it with another product or get a refund. My girlfriend even suggested a similar product from another brand that I had not tried and I chose this one. He told me that they would send me a present. I received the products today and they finally sent me two gifts. Congratulations to the customer service of the store because there are very few stores that will deal with and take the place of the consumer, let alone send two extra products due to an error made in the order.
