i	io daneli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/10 κανω ηλεκτρονικη παραγγελια κ πληρωμη.Στις 15/10 ερχεται μηνυμα απ την Speedex,πως θα παραδοθει,κατι το οποιο δεν γινεται.Τελικα ανακαλυπτουν πως δεν εχει καταχωρηθει ο αριθμος αποστολης με κινδυνο να χαθει το δεμα..Το παραλαμβανω στις 18/10 κ το επιστρεφω την επομενη,βεβαιωμενη οτι το παρελαβαν μετα απο τηλ επικοινωνια μαζι τους κ ζητωντας να γινει επιστροφη χρηματων...Απο τοτε περιμενω να εξαντλησουν το νομιμο 14μερο παρα την διαβεβαιωση οτι θα γινοταν αμεσα... 12/10 I place an electronic order and payment. Finally they discover that the shipment number has not been registered with the risk of losing the package. / 10 and I return it the next day, confirming that they received it after contacting them on the phone and asking for a refund ... n	nefeli lampaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχει ένα μήνα που παρήγγειλα ηλεκτρονικά με κατάθεση στην τράπεζα.. Κανένα email για ενημέρωση της παραγγελίας.. Καμία απάντηση στα email τους.. Στο site, στο messenger, στο Instagram και φυσικά δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ το τηλέφωνο. Σαν να λέμε πήραν τα λεφτά και εξαφανιστηκαν. It has been a month since I ordered electronically by bank deposit .. No email to update the order .. No response to their emails .. On the site, on the messenger, on Instagram and of course they never pick up the phone. As if to say they took the money and disappeared.

Παρήγγειλα μέσω skroutz παρέλαβα τους πήρα για αλλαγή και έτσι έστειλα πίσω τα παπούτσια αλλα απο εκεινη τη στιγμή η τύχη τους αγνοείται!! Εξαφανίστηκαν δεν απαντάνε στα ιμειλ ούτε στα τηλέφωνα! ΤΊΠΟΤΑ! Προσοχή στις αγορές σας! Εγώ έχασα 70 ευρώ! Απατεώνες! I will not change the review until I receive it! I ordered via skroutz, I received them, I got them for a change and so I sent back the shoes, but from that moment their luck is ignored !! They disappeared, they do not answer emails or phones! Nothing! Pay attention to your purchases! I lost 70 euros! Crooks!

Παραγγειλα λαθος νουμερο και η ανταποκριση του καταστηματος για την αντικατασταση και την ευρεση του σωστου νουμερου ηταν υποδειγματικη και παρα πολυ αμεση. Θα ξαναψωνιζα απο το καταστημα ξανα διχως δευτερη σκεψη. My experience with this store can only be described as positive. I ordered the wrong number and the store's response to the replacement and finding the right number was exemplary and very immediate. I would shop again from the store again without a second thought.
T	Tasos Baliousis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!! Οι τύποι είναι απατεώνες ! Αγόρασα παπούτσια μέσω Σκρουτζ από το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί που εν τελεί δεν μου έκαναν. Έστειλα πίσω τα παπούτσια για να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω τα οποία δεν μου τα έδιναν γιατί λένε είχα χαλάσει του κουτι τους( απλά είχα κολλήσει ένα αυτοκόλλητο μετά τα στοιχεία τους για το κούριερ ) Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία μαζί τους και σε εκφράζοντας την δυσαρέσκεια μου μου είπαν αν έχω άλλο κουτί να τους στείλω . Τους έστειλα τελικά κουτί από τα ίδια παπούτσια που είχα αγοράσει από άλλο κατάστημα και όταν μου επέστρεψαν τα λεφτά με χρέωσαν όλα τα έξοδα όλης της διαδικασίας.. Δεν τα έχω ξανά δει πουθενά αυτά !! ΑΠΟΦΥΓΕΤΕ ΚΑΘΕ ΣΥΝΑΛΛΑΓΗ ΜΑΖΙ ΤΟΥΣ !! CAUTION!! Guys are scammers! I bought shoes through Scrooge from this store that in the end they did not make me. I sent back the shoes to get my money back which they did not give me because they say I had damaged their box (I just stuck a sticker after their details for the courier) After telephone contact with them and expressing my dissatisfaction, they told me if I had another box to send them. I finally sent them a box of the same shoes I had bought from another store and when they returned my money they charged me all the costs of the whole process .. I have not seen these anywhere again !! AVOID ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM !!
