Unhelpful staff, won't let you mix and match ice-cream flavours.

Very disappointed. It’s not clear what is vegan and what is not since the vegan label seems to be placed randomly. When we asked for guidance one of them seemed a bit clueless and unconvincing while the other seemed annoyed. They stated that it was all vegan even if they sell honey. We paid 14.50€ for 2 – that is not too much considering that the desserts were quite big. The bases (brownies and waffle) were ok but not very tasty. The cheesecake flavour tasted too strong and unnatural to me. I enjoyed the Snikers flavour instead. I don’t recommend this place both because of the food quality and the not so welcoming staff.

What a great idea! Low cal ,no sugar vegan sweets and more. The decoration is out of this world.

NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED my partner and I went to this ice cream shop after having found it on Google Maps, and we were super excited! when we arrived, we asked if it was all vegan and the salespersons said YES, but then looking at the menu we read “honey” and near the ice cream flavors there wasn’t the “100% Vegan” symbol. so we asked for a clarification and the two salespersons said again that it was all vegan, except for the honey… ok, there may be an error on the menu where the vegan symbol doesn’t appear, but the salesperson haven’t been kind and patient with us. at a certain moment they also whispered something in Greek (which we don’t understand), laughing and looking at us. not so professional and mature. despite this, we took two desserts. the ice-cream was enough good, but the brownie and the waffle weren’t. the brownie was insipid and a bit uncooked, and too heavy. the portions are big and the price is quite adequate. we paid 14.50€ for one big waffle with two spoons of ice cream and topping, and a big brownie with one spoon of ice cream and topping. I think the idea of this project is great, but unfortunately the experience we had wasn’t. from this kind of places, first of all I expect kindness, professionalism and clarity. indeed, if I had found nice and helpful people, I would have appreciated and recommend it even if the dessert itself wasn’t of the best.

The ice cream is nice, not a lot of variety compared to the online menu. The staff is friendly from my experience. What I don't like though is the zero sugar branding, there's definitely a lot of sugar, they should change it to zero added sugar, although they do add syrup, and even honey which isn't vegan. Happy to see a vegan place pop up, got a long way to go.

FYI !! Nothing on the menu is Gluten Free. I saw the menu online and saw lots of gluten free options, including waffles, pancakes, cones, and most of their ice creams are advertised as gluten free, and so I went with the expectation that I was finally going to eat something great. I also called the Piraeus shop to confirm over the phone that they offered these options; Yes they said. So this is the shop I went to, and before ordering I decided to check again. The lady serving had no idea... she said maybe these particular ice creams were but couldn’t be sure. I asked if I could have a waffle; she said no, all of the waffles, pancakes etc. contained gluten. So why does the menu mention they’re all gluten free? If I had not triple checked, I would be very ill from eating at this place! What if somebody with other allergies doesn’t check before ordering... Allergies are an incredibly serious matter. In fact they’re a matter of life and death in some cases. Absolutely disgusted.

BEWARE if you're diabetic or truly watching your sugar!!!!! Came here so excited for sugar-free, dairy-free ice cream... I'm pregnant and was told by my doctor I need to watch my blood sugar so as not to develop gestational diabetes. Absolutely loved the ice cream, mango and lime flavours. It was too good to be true unfortunately. I asked afterwards what they use to sweeten because I was so curious, and couldn't find ingredients info anywhere. That's when I found out that they use agave syrup, which cannot be branded as sugar free! Should be marketed differently, for sure. Then it would be fine. Love that they are experimenting with alternative sweeteners though! Would be great if they came up with a few actually sugar free versions of ice cream!
