Α	Αννα Χρηστίδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου είχαν κάνει κράτηση μια φόρμα και τελικά την πούλησαν σε άλλον πελάτη με τη δικαιολογία ότι η κράτηση είναι για δύο μέρες χωρίς να με έχουν ενημερώσει περί αυτής της πολιτικής στο τηλέφωνο και μάλιστα τους είχα πει θα περάσω τις επόμενες μέρες και μου είχαν πει εντάξει.Να σημειωθεί ότι με πήραν τηλέφωνο Τετάρτη μεσημέρι και εγώ μπόρεσα και πήγα Παρασκευή νωρίς το απόγευμα και ο κωδικός που ήθελα ήταν ένα τελευταίο στο νούμερο μου και μου το είχαν φέρει από Θεσσαλονίκη,και ούτε ένα συγγνώμη δεν ζήτησαν τουλαχισ They had booked a form for me and finally sold it to another customer with the excuse that the booking is for two days without having informed me about this policy on the phone and in fact I had told them I would spend the next few days and they had told me ok. Note that they called me on Wednesday afternoon and I was able to go on Friday early in the afternoon and the code I wanted was the last one on my number and they had brought it to me from Thessaloniki, and they did not apologize at least

Πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει και να ασχοληθεί με ότι ψάχναμε σε θέμα αλλαγής από ρούχα εξωτερικού. Κρίμα που δεν συγκράτησα το όνομά της. Ψιλή, μελαχρινή, ευγενέστατη και παρόλο που δεν ξεκινήσαμε μαζί, μας βοήθησε άμεσα βρίσκοντας μας λύση, πριν καν το καταλάβουμε. Respect??‍♂️??? Beautiful store with quality clothes, impeccable service from the store employee at the end. Willing to help us and deal with everything we were looking for in terms of changing from foreign clothes. Too bad I did not keep her name. Thin, brunette, very gentle and even though we did not start together, she helped us immediately finding a solution, before we even realized it. Respect??‍♂️???
