★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sehr unfreundlich....eine Strandtasche gekauft, die nach 2 Tage kaputt war.Als ich reklamiert habe, hiess es " ich weiss ja nicht ob Du Steine damit transpotieret hast?". Auf jeden Fall hat sich nichts gemacht. Noch nicht mal eine "es tut mir leid"
 very unfriendly .... bought a beach bag that was broken after 2 days. When I complained, it said "I don't know whether you have transported stones with it?". In any case, nothing has happened. Not even a "I'm sorry"
