★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been in Greece for 2 weeks, today is the official last day of our honeymoon before we start traveling back to the US. Our dinner tonight was one of the most exceptional meals we’ve had and the people who took care of us were sweet and made it incredibly special and memorable. We never mentioned our honeymoon or that my new husband was celebrating his 50th birthday - they still treated us wonderfully. It was completely honest and obviously who they are.
Make this a stop, get away from the over-priced, under-serviced hype. This restaurant and the people here are special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2014, or seven years ago since we're at Marco Polo and we had only fond memories from our visits here. We came back in 2021 and found the same charming local restaurant with the deliscious seafood risotto and seafood souvlaki, but...
The service was not the same, not bad at all, but we missed the guy working there in 2014 (lost his name) and the girl at the entrance (worked at another bar in town). We had lots of laughing here then, but not this time, but still a pleasent visit...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot away from the crowded area of Mykonos. Service is exceptional. If you are early 6-7pm, you do not need reservations and you get the best seat :)
The house redwine is great. Dry and fits perfectly with the traditional greek food. We came here because a local told us the best mousakka can be found here. Totally agreed. The aubergine has a slightly smoky flavor to it and we love how rustic the potatoes are served.
We also had the stewed lamb. Tender and flavorful. Would highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in around 8:30pm with no reservation and was seated immediately. We received our food very quickly, and the staff timed our appetizers and main dishes so that we received in our desired order. Yummy food, would recommend!
Service was amazing, and we received complimentary little ice cream bars that were a perfect end to our meal.
