★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was on the 1st floor, with a view to the back garden and the village of Nikiana. It had a decent-sized veranda with a large table and chairs BUT the only thing that separated us from the guests next door was a glass wall...it wasn't enough to exclude the noise.
The room itself was NOT soundproofed and we could hear everything from the guests upstairs and next to us.
Overall, the room was clean apart from the bathroom, where we saw countless black tiny insects on the ceiling.
The breakfast offered was basic but everything was tasty.
The location is convenient: you can easily go to Nydri and other places of interest, famous beaches etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotels is exactly as advertised. The lack of restaurant services is a minus but the breakfast is ok. Its ok to stay in Nikiana If you plan to visit the surrounding resorts (Nidri, Port Vasiliki, Lefkada etc) becouse there is not much you can do there. Its a cheap (er) place to stay (than other hotels on the island). The hotel is a decent place, with a clean pool and good view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clean hotel with great location, having everything you need around the corner, shops, pharmacy, restaurants. The service was amazing, the receptionist helped us promptly with all our requirements. Thank you so much for that! We had a great stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful clean family hotel with great location to beach harbour the restaurants and small port of nikianna. Very convenient since it's in the center of the island for beach drives to the south and north beaches. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the pool. The staff was was very friendly, helpful and always ready to answer to any inquiries we had. The owner was very polite and professional. Will definitely come back.
