a	anestis tzatzos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μεταφορική εταιρεία που μπορεί να σου τύχει είναι αυτή! Αφού τους πληρώσεις και παρουν τη δουλειά γίνονται επικίνδυνοι!!! Από τα γραφεία μέχρι τους οδηγούς δεν έχω ξαναδεί τόσο αντιεπαγγελματισμο. Ενα κιβώτιο βάρους 120 κιλών το άφησαν 200 μέτρα μακριά από το σημείο παράδοσης. Όταν κάλεσα να μάθω τι γίνεται και γιατί καθυστερεί η παράδοση στα κεντρικά μου είπαν να πάρω κάποιο άλλο τηλέφωνο στο οποίο δεν απαντούσε κανένας. Όταν πήρα τον οδηγό έκανε σύσκεψη μαζί με άλλους 2 να δει αν τελικά θα μου παραδώσουν το δέμα η όχι. " εμείς μέχρι εκεί μπορούμε, κατάλαβες" , "σήμερα δεν μπορούμε, θες αύριο" "εκεί δεν περνάνε αμάξια τώρα, ρε φίλε ". Αυτός ήταν ο διάλογος με τον πελάτη!!! Συγχαρητήρια! Μια χαρά περνούσαν αμάξια και μετά από παρακάλια μου έκαναν τη χάρη και ήρθαν. 3 άτομα, και όταν τους ζήτησα να με βοηθήσουν τουλάχιστον για 20 μέτρα μέχρι εκεί που πάει το παλετοφωρο μόνο που δεν με έδειραν. Όποιος χρησιμοποιει την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία για επαγγελματικους σκοπούς οδεύει προς την καταστροφή του. The worst transport company that you can get is this one! Once they get paid and get the job they become dangerous !!! From office to driver, I have not seen such an anti-blame. A 120kg box left it 200m away from the delivery point. When I called to find out what was happening and why delivery was delayed at the headquarters I was told to pick up another phone that no one answered. When I got the driver he did a meeting with others 2 to see if they would eventually hand me the parcel or not. "we can get there until now," "today we can not, you want tomorrow" "there are no cars now, my friend." That was the dialogue with the customer !!! Congratulations! They were joyfully passing by carriages and after bumps they made the favor and they came. 3 people, and when I asked them to help me at least 20 meters up to where the pallet goes, they just did not show me. Anyone who uses this business for business purposes is heading for its destruction.
x	xristos pagonis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!!!ηρθανε ολα τα πραγματα μας σπασμενα ,τα φορτοσαμε μονοι μας σε αλλο φορτηγο και μας την ειπαν και απο πανω.και ενω περιμεναμε να παραλαβουμε αμεσσα αφου το φορτηγο ηταν ετοιμο μας λενε θα μας τα στιλουν το πρωι,???????ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΧΤΟΙ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΕΣ Unacceptable !!!! all our things came broken, we loaded them on our own in another truck and they told us from above. G	Giwrgos Mp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μεταφορική που εχω συνεργαστεί εως τωρα. Στέλνω ενα μηχανακι απο Σαντορίνη για Πάτρα... Ποσο κανει 65€ μου λεει ωραια τα δινω χωρις παζάρια... Μετα απο μια εβδομάδα περίπου φτανει Πάτρα παω να το παρω ειναι αλλα 35€ μου λενε για να ερθει απο Αθήνα Πατρα κατι που δεν ειχαμε πει ποτέ...εντωμεταξύ το μηχανάκι ηταν ηδη Πάτρα χωρις να εχω ενημερωθεί για το επιπλέον κόστος. Παιρνω τηλέφωνο την υπεύθυνη επρεπε να ρωτησεις μου λεει και οχι να στο πει η υπάλληλος δεν φτανει μου λεει που σου εκανα και εξυπηρέτηση και δεν πλήρωσες την μεταφορα στην Αθήνα απο το δικο μας πρακτορείο σε αυτο για την Πάτρα εχεις και παράπονο. Η κυρία οταν της ειπα πως θα κανω αξιολόγηση εκανε σαν τρελή. Με ρωταει το ονομα μου της το λεω και οταν την ρωτάω το δικο της μου το εκλεισε στην μούρη. Μακρια απο ανθρώπους που δεν ειναι επαγγελματίες καλύτερα να κανουν μια δουλειά που να μην εχει ευθύνες γιατί τους εμπιστευόμαστε την περιουσία μας που δεν μας χαρίστηκε από πουθενά.
