★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η τοποθεσία και η θέα εξαιρετική... αλλά δεν αρκούν για να είναι στο σύνολο το κατάλυμα εξαιρετικό.Στην άφιξη μας διαπιστώσαμε ότι η βίλα ήταν γεμάτη μυρμήγκια και ο χώρος είχε μέρες να καθαριστεί.Επικοινωνησαμε με την υπεύθυνη για να λάβουμε ως απάντηση ότι λόγω ώρας (η ώρα άφιξης μας ήταν γύρω στις 9) δεν μπορούσε να γίνει κάτι. Άκρως αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. Ο υπεύθυνος δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε να διαπιστώσει την κατάσταση του καταλύματος.
The location and the view are excellent ... but not enough for the whole accommodation to be excellent. On arrival we found that the villa was full of ants and the place had days to be cleaned. We contacted the person in charge to receive an answer that due to hour (our arrival time was around 9) nothing could be done. Extremely unprofessional behavior. The person in charge was not interested in ascertaining the condition of the accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unique and private villas right above mikri ammos Beach. All the staff we interacted from the reservation to the checkout were very professional and helpful. The view is breathtaking and everything in the room screams quality. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and we felt as if we were the first occupants. My only complaint if had to find something is the Wi-Fi signal which was hit and miss quite often and the hot water as well as the water pressure was on and off frequently which we also experienced elsewhere in the area, so it might be a general issue in syvota and not particularly the villas. The location though of the complex is excellent and pays off. Very recommended and we will definitely try to come back.
