Na wyposażeniu pralka z kapsułkami do prania, suszarka, opiekacz, ekspres przelewowy i wszystkie potrzebne, garnki, sztućce itd. bardzo czysto, co kilka dni wymieniane są ręczniki, pościel a dom sprzątany. Na tarasie leżaki i stòł z krzesłami. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Zaraz obok domu znajduje się niewielki market. Polecam dla osób, które chcą odpocząć od zgiełku. Beautiful view and a quiet place. Large plot with a garden with 4 houses. A few minutes on foot to the beach. Equipped with a washing machine with capsules for washing, dryer, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary pots, cutlery, etc. very clean, every few days towels and bed linen are changed and the house is cleaned. On the terrace there are deckchairs and a table with chairs. Air conditioning in every room. There is a small market right next to the house. I recommend it for people who want a break from the hustle and bustle.
F	Falk von Schönfels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Außen Hui, Innen pfui. Leider nicht wirklich empfehlenswert Positiv: Die Lage ist sehr gut und der Garten sehr schön. Toller Blick. Nach Komplikationen wurde ein Tag Miete zurücküberwiesen. Der Gärtner war supernett und hat sogar versucht uns mit dem kaputten Mietwagen zu helfen. Negativ: Die Wohnung war für Gäste nicht wirklich bezugsfertig. Alles ist ziemlich runtergekommen, Oberflächen waren klebrig, Liegen auf der Terrasse oben waren nicht einmal aufgebaut. Wirkte alles ein wenig, als ob wir die ersten Gäste dort seit langer Zeit waren. Am Anfang hatten wir nur kaltes Wasser (Auf Grund von Boilerproblemen), am zweiten Tag warmes Wasser für ein paar Stunden, dann kein Wasser mehr, dann braunes, dann wieder kaltes. Wenigstens konnte man am Tag der Abreise noch einmal warm Duschen. Wie gesagt, gab es wenigstens für einen Tag das Geld zurück und der Vermieter war bemüht das Problem zu lösen. Kann die Unterkunft aber leider für den Preis (140€/Tag) nicht empfehlen. Da gibt es deutlich günstigere, bessere Appartements. Die "Villa" benötigt dringend ein komplettes Make-Over. Die Bäder riechen modrig, es leckt unter den Waschbecken, Schimmel im Schrank ect. In einigen Räumen stehen auch seltsame Kabel einfach so aus dem Boden. Duschvorhänge wären auch wünschenswert gewesen, wobei ja nur einmal dort duschen konnte. Bitte renovieren, dann wäre es passabel! ☝️ Nice outside, but ugly inside. Unfortunately not really recommended Pros: The location is very good and the garden is very nice. Great view. After complications, one day's rent was returned. The gardener was super nice and even tried to help us with the broken rental car. Cons: The apartment wasn't really ready for guests to move into. Everything is pretty run down, surfaces were sticky, loungers on the terrace upstairs weren't even set up. It all seemed a little like we were the first guests there in a long time. In the beginning we only had cold water (due to boiler problems), on the second day warm water for a few hours, then no more water, then brown, then cold again. At least you could have a warm shower on the day of departure. As I said, the money was returned for at least one day and the landlord tried to solve the problem. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the accommodation for the price (140€/day). There are much cheaper, better apartments. The "Villa" urgently needs a complete make-over. The bathrooms smell musty, it leaks under the sink, mold in the closet, etc. In some rooms, strange cables just stick out of the floor. Shower curtains would also have been desirable, although you could only shower there once. Please renovate, then it would be passable! ☝️
