N	Nadila Knoll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben hier 2 Nächte in einer Maisonette Wohnung verbracht, um Balos und Elafonissi zu erkunden. Die Lage ist dafür wirklich großartig. Näher an Balos kann man vermutlich nicht wohnen. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Auf jeder Etage gibt es eine Klimaanlage und ein Badezimmer. Es ist makellos sauber und die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! We spent 2 nights here in a duplex apartment to explore Balos and Elafonissi. The location is really great for that. You can probably not live closer to Balos. The room is beautifully decorated. There is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor. It's spotless and the owner is super friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime!

Ein super Fund, sehr neue Apartments, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Tägliche Reinigung und der Pool ist auch sauber. Direkt auf der Route nach Balos und ca. 25 min zum Falassarna Strand mit dem Auto. Perfekt gelegen um die Region zu besichtigen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. We booked this property directly on the hotel's website. We paid 50% in advance and the rest on site. A great find, very new apartments, nicely furnished and clean. Daily cleaning and the pool is clean too. Directly on the route to Balos and about 25 minutes to Falassarna beach by car. Perfectly located to visit the region. Very good price-performance ratio.

Gli appartamenti sono arredati benissimo con mobilio in rovere e ferramenta di qualità con cerniere per ante e cassetti con rientro ammortizzato. I materassi sono fantastici, altissimi e comodissimi, inoltre i condizionatori sono posizionati in maniera tale da non sparare l'aria direttamente addosso mentre si dorme creando un clima perfetto e piacevole. Le tende riescono ad oscurare quasi completamente la luce del giorno. L'appartamento ha in dotazione asse e ferro da stiro, angolo cottura completo di stoviglie nuove per cucinare ed un frigo molto grande con congelatore. Ci sono anche delle TV al led nelle stanze da letto. L'appartamento con due piani ha un router wifi su ogni piano con connessione veloce e stabile. C'è anche uno stendino e una lavatrice haier di ultima generazione con vapore per lavare i panni e un asciugacapelli. Completano la dotazione le piastrine elettriche con pastiglie anti zanzara, anche se per dentro non ce n'è stato bisogno per via di funzionali zanzariere su ogni finestra. Gli appartamenti sono tutti ben rifiniti e nuovi. Veramente un ottima location. Completa il tutto una signora delle pulizie che giornalmente ripulisce da cima a fondo l'intero appartamento, cambiando gli asciugamani e facendo un ottimo lavoro di pulizia, pulisce giornalmente anche il box doccia dagli schizzi di acqua che si creano sul vetro trasparente quando si usa la doccia. Assolutamente consigliato, un rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Very courteous and kind staff. The apartments are beautifully furnished with oak furniture and quality hardware with hinges for doors and drawers with amortized return. The mattresses are fantastic, very high and very comfortable, also the air conditioners are positioned in such a way as not to shoot the air directly at you while you sleep, creating a perfect and pleasant climate. Curtains are able to almost completely block out the daylight. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, a kitchenette complete with new dishes for cooking and a very large fridge with freezer. There are also LED TVs in the bedrooms. The two-story apartment has a wifi router on each floor with fast and stable connection. There is also a drying rack and a latest generation haier washing machine with steam for washing clothes and a hairdryer. The equipment is completed by electric plates with anti-mosquito pads, even if there was no need for it inside due to functional mosquito nets on each window. The apartments are all well finished and new. Really a great location. To complete it all, a cleaning lady who daily cleans the entire apartment from top to bottom, changing towels and doing an excellent job of cleaning, also cleans the shower cubicle daily from the splashes of water that are created on the transparent glass when using the shower. Absolutely recommended, exceptional value for money.
