Όταν πήγα να το αλλάξω ναι μεν μου το άλλαξαν αλλά μου είπαν ότι ούτε νερό επιτρέπεται να ρίξω πάνω στο δαχτυλίδι. Δλδ άμα αγοράσω βέρα θα την έχω για σουβενίρ? Μάλλον δεν πληρώνω την ποιότητα όλου του δαχτυλιδιού αλλά μόνο την πέτρα.έχω αγοράσει και αλλά δαχτυλίδια από αλλα καταστήματα άσχετα και τα έχω και πλένω και με χλωρίνη και δεν παθαίνει τίποτα. Δεν αξίζει τίποτα I took a ring two weeks ago and started to get out of it. Avoid all the color because I was washing my hands with soap and water. If I buy a wedding ring I will have it for souvenirs; I probably do not pay the quality of the whole ring but only the stone. I bought but rings from other stores irrelevant and I have and wash them with bleach and nothing goes wrong. It's worth nothing

Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος(απογευματινή βαρδια σήμερα ) όταν ρωτήσαμε σε ποιον θα απευθυνθούμε για ένα πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε, αμέσως μας ειπε περάστε από εδώ να σας εξυπηρετήσω. Άριστη επαγγελματίας Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και ικανοποιημένοι . This is the second time that a crystal has been removed from the jewelry that we had already changed once. k	katerina Gal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην αγοράσετε ποτέ από αυτό το μαγαζί! Σου πουλάνε ένα δαχτυλίδι 80€ το οποίο στο πλασαρουνε σαν premium ποιότητα επειδή έχει πανω πετρα Swarovski. Αυτό που δεν σου λένε όμως είναι οτι το υπόλοιπο δαχτυλίδι δεν ειναι ούτε χρυσό ουτε ασημένιο ουτε καν επιχρυσωμένο. Είναι απλά ένα μέταλλο σαν τα δαχτυλίδια που παίρνουμε από τα πανηγύρια και χαλανε με το νερό. Προσωπικά πήρα ενα δαχτυλίδι και μεσα σε έναν μήνα εφυγε το rosegold χρώμα του δαχτυλιδιού και εμφανίστηκε από κάτω ενα σκουριασμένο μέταλλο. Η χρήση που του έκανα ελάχιστη ουτε καν που το εβαζα στο νερο. Το αλλαξα γιατί είχε εγγύηση και έγινε το ίδιο πράγμα και με το δεύτερο δαχτυλίδι μόνο που στο δεύτερο στραβωσε κιολας (με ελάχιστη χρήση). Το θέμα είναι ότι όταν αγοράζεις απο μια τέτοια εταιρία δαχτυλίδι η οποία διαφημίζεται οτι ειναι από τις καλύτερες δεν μπορείς να πουλάς κάτι στους πελάτες σου που δεν ειναι καν ασημένιο. Αισχος! Εχω παρόμοιο δαχτυλίδι χρυσό με διαμαντάκια από χρυσοχόο και δεν εχει παθει τιποτα τόσα χρόνια που το εχω και η χρήση που του εχω κανει καμια σχέση με αυτο από τα Swarovski. Ντροπή σας που κοροϊδεύετε τους πελάτες σας! Never buy from this store! They sell you an 80 € ring which they market as premium quality because it has Swarovski stone on it. But what they do not tell you is that the rest of the ring is neither gold nor silver nor even gold plated. It 's just a metal like the rings we get from festivals and spoiled with water. I personally took a ring and within a month the rosegold color of the ring left and a rusty metal appeared from below. The use I made of it was minimal or even when I put it in the water. I changed it because it had a guarantee and the same thing happened with the second ring, only in the second one it went awry (with minimal use). The thing is that when you buy a ring from such a company which is advertised as one of the best you can not sell something to your customers that is not even silver. Shame! I have a similar gold ring with goldsmith diamonds and nothing has happened to me for so many years and the use I have made of it has nothing to do with it from Swarovski. Shame on you for making fun of your customers!

Τα κορίτσια στο κατάστημα του mall πραγματικά δεν παίζονται!!!Έτυχε να αναφέρω ότι στο βραχιολάκι μου, που είχα πάρει πριν 9 μήνες είχε φύγει ένα πετραδάκι και μου το έκαναν αντικατάσταση επιτόπου!!! Δεν με ταλαιπώρησαν με το ότι θα έπρεπε να το στείλουν στην Αυστρία για διόρθωση!!!! Και επειδή είχαν κρατημένο το ίδιο σχέδιο για άλλη πελάτισσα προθυμοποιήθηκαν να πάνε να μου το φέρουν από το κατάστημα της Κηφησιάς!!!! Συγχαρητήρια είναι το λιγότερο που μπορώ να πω ?? Ειρωνική συμπεριφορά και αδιάφορη. Δεν ήθελα να δώσω ούτε ένα ευρώ δυστυχώς είχα να κάνω αλλαγή δώρου αλλά έχω πλήρη απογοήτευση και από την εταιρεία και φυσικά από την πώληση. Καλύτερα από το eshop για να μην βλέπω τα ξινά μούτρα των κοριτσιών. Κρίμα για εταιρεία.
