Πεντακαθαρα τριγύρω και γενικα παντου να ειναι καλα οι εθελοντες απο την "Εθελοντική πρωτοβουλία άλσους Συγγρού 1989" που μαζεύει τα σκουπιδια απο τους βρωμιάρηδες. Λενε για παρατημένο χωρις καδους και παγκάκια οταν ο κοσμος ο ιδιος τα καταστρέφει. Απλα ρωτηστε εναν εθελοντή να σας απαντήσει ποσα καροτσια σκουπίδια βγαζουν καθε εβδομαδα! Nice pond with fish. The volunteers from the "Voluntary initiative of Syggrou grove 1989", which collects garbage from the dirty people, are very clean and generally everywhere. They say for abandoned without buckets and benches when the world itself destroys them. Just ask a volunteer to answer you how much trash cans they take out each week!
Ζ	Ζeta Ρetr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ όμορφο πάρκο, όαση πρασίνου με πολλά όμορφα μέρη. Χώρος όμως παραμελημένος σε κάποια σημεία όπως σε αυτόν της "λίμνης " η οποία είναι μισοξεραμενος βούρκος τώρα.Εγω θα σταθώ στο εξής όμως που με απογοήτευσε μιας και είμαι ΑμεΑ και περπατώ με μπαστούνι. Έφτασα στο Άλσος και πάρκαρα στο πάρκινγκ. Εκεί ειδα με απογοήτευση ότι έπρεπε να ανέβω σκαλιά όπου χωρίς κουπαστή δεν μπορούσα να ανέβω. Οικογένειές με παιδάκια ανέβαιναν τα σκαλιά παίρνοντας τα ποδήλατα και τα καροτσια των παιδιών τους στα χέρια με κίνδυνο να γίνει ατύχημα. Ανεπίτρεπτο για το χώρο αυτό.Μπαινω στο αυτοκίνητο και βρίσκω μια άλλη είσοδο πιο πέρα. Είναι η φωτογραφία με το ασθενοφόρο. Κανένας φύλακας πουθενά. Έγινε ατύχημα με κάποια κυρία που έσπασε το πόδι της. Το ασθενοφόρο δεν μπορούσε να μπει και οι τραυματιοφορεις πήραν το φορείο στα χέρια κι έτρεχαν μεσα στο πάρκο να τη βρουν και να την κουβαλησουν μιας και δεν υπήρχε φύλακας να ξεκλειδώσει την αλυσίδα στην είσοδο. Δεν ξέρω ποιος είναι ο υπεύθυνος φορέας γι αυτό το πάρκο αλλά χρειάζεται να γίνουν αλλαγές στο χώρο για να είναι όμορφος αλλά ταυτόχρονα ασφαλής και φιλικός προς τους πολίτες. Very beautiful park, green oasis with many beautiful places. But a place neglected in some places such as that of the "lake" which is half-dried mud now. I arrived at the Grove and parked in the parking lot. There I saw with disappointment that I had to climb stairs where without a handrail I could not climb. Families with children climbed the stairs taking their children's bicycles and strollers in their hands at the risk of an accident. Not allowed for this place. I get in the car and find another entrance further on. It is the photo with the ambulance. No guards anywhere. There was an accident with a lady who broke her leg. The ambulance could not enter and the ambulances took the stretcher in their hands and ran into the park to find it and carry it since there was no guard to unlock the chain at the entrance. I do not know who is responsible for this park but changes need to be made in the area to be beautiful but at the same time safe and friendly to citizens.

J	Jason Cartwright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice break in the Athens area from the neighborhoods, traffic, and the hustle and bustle of the cities. Mostly pine trees with well maintained paths along with trails heading deeper into the forest. There are some “sites” to see, but unspectacular in my opinion. Great hiking or jogging and Google maps can get you in or out of the forest.
