A	Aurora Wolf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραγγελια απο Θεσσαλονίκη για Αθήνα στις 23/2 του μηνα. Λογω covid δεν περιμεναμε να ερθει γρήγορα . Μια βδομαδα μετα επικοινωνει ο οδηγος οτι μας παιρνει τηλεφωνο απο τις 24 του μηνα και δεν απανταμε και οτι αυτος μπορει μονο σήμερα στις 11 η ωρα να παραδοσει το προιον. Φυσικα και μας προσέβαλε στο τηλεφωνο γιατι "δεν το σηκωναμε" και οτι αμα δεν μας βολευει να παμε εμεις απο το πρακτορειο να το παρουμε.. Σημειωτεον αμάξι δεν εχουμε και πληρώσαμε τα μεταφορικα για να έρθει στο σπιτι. Επειδη ημουν εξαλλη επικοινωνησα με το μαγαζι που εκανα την αγορα και φυσικα με επιβεβαιωσαν οτι το προιον εφτασε στην Αθηνα στις 29 του μηνα και οτι δυστυχως ειναι πρακτορειο συνεργαζομενο στην Αθηνα και δεν εχουν αμεση επικοινωνια.. Ασχολιαστο κι αυτό. Επειτα καλω το πρακτορειο εδω. Μου απανταει ο κ. Ρουμελιωτης,του λεω οτι ο οδηγος μιλησε ετσι κι ετσι και ειναι απαραδεκτο και βιαστηκε να μου απαντησει πως ο οδηγος ειναι χρονια στη δουλεια και αποκλειεται να μιλησε ετσι. Εδω εγω γελαω... Του λεω πρεπει να βρεθει μια λυση. Η λυση που μου έδωσε ηταν παραδοση την επομενη εργασιμη το αργότερο στις 1 ωρα το μεσημερι γιατι πιο αργα δεν γινεται. Αποτελεσμα:ο οδηγος τηλεφωνεί την επομενη εργασιμη οτι 11μιση το αργοτερο αλλιως δεν εχει να παμε να το παρουμε!!!!Απλα απαραδεκτοι!!! Κανενας σεβασμος και φυσικα μεγαλοι ψευτες!!! Orders from Thessaloniki for Athens on 23/2 of the month. Due to covid we did not expect it to come soon. A week later the driver communicates that he calls us from the 24th of the month and we do not answer and that he can only deliver the product today at 11 o'clock. Here I am laughing ... I tell him a solution must be found. The solution he gave me was delivery the next working day at the latest at 1 o'clock in the afternoon because it can't be done later. Result: the driver calls the next working day that 11:30 at the latest otherwise we do not have to go and get it !!!! Just unacceptable !!! No respect and of course big liars !!!

Όταν καλέσαμε να μάθουμε γιατί δε πήγε το δέμα η απάντηση ήταν αύριο σας υποσχόμαστε θα πάει. Unacceptable. A package of close to a thousand euros was delayed for almost a week. Very rude on the phone and no mood for communication. When we called to find out why the package did not go the answer was tomorrow we promise you will go.
