V	VIRGINIA ATHANASIADOU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να ρίξω μια ματιά για να κλείσω για γενέθλια. Ο χώρος είναι ωραίος, έχει αρκετά παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά κι ευρύχωρη καφετέρια για τους γονείς. Το προσωπικό, όμως, είναι αγενέστατο, μιλάνε άσχημα ακόμα και στα παιδιά. Θεωρώ τουλάχιστον απαράδεκτο οι υπεύθυνοι του χωρου να απευθύνονται στα παιδιά χρησιμοποιώντας μόνο την προστακτική! Μονο που δεν το έδειρε το παιδί μου ο υπεύθυνος του καρτ επειδή διάλεξε να ανέβει σε διαφορετικό όχημα απο εκείνο που υπέδειξε εκείνος. Κι ερωτηθης απάντησε ότι τα υπόλοιπα 6 δε λειτουργούσαν. Οπότε αν διοργανώσει κάποιος γενέθλια τα παιδάκια θα παίρνουν αριθμό προτεραιότητας.... Επίσης μου έκανε εντύπωση το γεγονός ούτε κανείς δε φόραγε μάσκα, ούτε καν εντός του καταστήματος. Εν μέσω πανδημίας, θεωρώ απαράδεκτο να έρχεται ο υπεύθυνος για τα καρτ σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το παιδί μου για να το προσδεσει και να μη φοράει μάσκα.Τέλος, όση ώρα ήμουν εκεί, ήτοι περί τα 45 λεπτά, παιδάκια έρχονταν κι έφευγαν, τα παιχνίδια δεν καθαρίστηκαν ποτέ. Δυστυχώς, όσο κι όμορφος κι αν είναι ενας χώρος, οι άνθρωποι κάνουν τη διαφορά, οπότε όχι μόνο δεν προτίθεμαι να διοργανώσω γενέθλια στον εν λόγω χώρο, αρνούμαι να χαλάσω έστω 1€ για παιχνίδια. I went to take a look to book for a birthday. The place is nice, it has enough toys for the children and a spacious cafe for the parents. The staff, however, is rude, they speak badly even to children. I find it at least unacceptable for the people in charge of the place to address the children using only the injunction! Except that my kid was not beaten by the person in charge of the kart because he chose to get in a different vehicle from the one he suggested. And when asked, he answered that the other 6 did not work. So if someone organizes a birthday, the children will get a priority number .... I was also impressed by the fact that no one wore a mask, not even inside the store. In the midst of a pandemic, I find it unacceptable for the person in charge of the karts to come within breathing distance of my child to tie it up and not wear a mask. they were never cleaned. Unfortunately, no matter how beautiful a place is, people make a difference, so not only do I not intend to have a birthday party in that place, I refuse to waste even € 1 on games.
Δ	Δέσποινα Σαββίδη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λίγα άτομα στο σέρβις σε σχέση με τον πολύ κόσμο με αποτέλεσμα μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις. Τουαλέτες βρώμικες χωρίς χαρτί και σαπούνι. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό, κάνει ο,τι μπορεί!!! Few people in the service compared to the crowds resulting in long delays. Dirty toilets without paper and soap. The staff is polite, does what it can !!!

The space with the inflatables is unacceptable and very dangerous. It would also be good for the owners to put more staff who will take care of the children so that there is no accident. Poor space and rude staff.

Η κοπέλα που ήταν η σερβιτόρα μας ήταν άψογη και πολύ ευγενική καθώς και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι…Δεν έχω κανένα παράπονο αν και πήγα φοβισμένη από τα σχόλια που διάβασα, έμεινα παρά πολύ ευχαριστημένη! Αν και είχε παρά πολύ κόσμο δεν νιώσαμε καθόλου στριμωγμένοι στη μεριά που καθόμασταν! Όλα τέλεια!! We had my son's party on Sunday! The children had a great time and did not stop playing at all! The girl who was our waitress was impeccable and very kind like everyone else έχω I have no complaints although I was scared by the comments I read, I was very happy! Although it was very crowded, we did not feel at all crowded on the side where we were sitting! Everything is perfect!!
G	George TzioRidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είναι όμορφος χώρος, τα φουσκωτά είναι ξεφουσκωτα (και βρώμικα) άρα και επικίνδυνα. Το προσωπικό προσπαθεί. Και για να είμαι ειλικρινής δεν έχω παράπονο από τους υπαλλήλους, προσπαθούν να κρατήσουν ισορροπίες. Άρα, ή ρίχνεις τιμές για μέτρια παροχή υπηρεσιών ή φτιάχνεις τις υπηρεσίες σου. While it is a beautiful place, the inflatables are deflated (and dirty) and therefore dangerous. The staff is trying. And to be honest I have no complaints from employees, they try to keep balance. So, either you drop prices for mediocre services or you build your services.
