This place is the essence of Greek islands. The drive to get there is a bit challenging but you will be rewarded by the amazing location, food, and people who run this place. Warning: check with the staff before sitting by the water. Twice a day the high speed ferry creates a wave with its wake that will splash on the shore and will get you a bit wet! :) Make room for their own dessert! You will miss out if you don't!

Very typical Greek tavern. Try to sit near the water but don't put your stuff on the floor: If a big boat pass along, the floor will be flooded by the waves. Very funny (when you have beach shoes). Food is classic with fresh products and good for the price.

A hidden gem at Milos. It is a bit of adventure to get there, but the tavern really worths it. Really homemade quality, with amazing raw materials! Be sure to try the goat cooked at the wood-oven!

Absolutely delicious food. Everything we tried was fresh, tasty and well cooked. Very reasonable prices for this kind of quality. You have to try the traditional pitarakia with cheese and onion. BE AWARE of the road. DON’T use google maps to guide you there as it doesn’t show the shortest route. Follow the road to Agia Marina which is around 7 km shorter

A hidden gem on Milos island. It is a secluded taverna where authentic Greek food is at its best. I enjoyed everything: the family food, the view over Plaka across the sea, the way to get there (better have a 4x4...), and the delicious plates.

Lovely off the beaten path taverna down at the water. Like many others said it’s not easy to get to, we got here with a quad. The food is simple yet delicious. We had the local goat in lemon sauce which was great, as well as local goats cheese and the courgette fritters. The courgette was grown locally and they managed to fry it unbelievably crispy, with a very well matching yogurt mint sauce. Since it’s at the water you might think that this is a seafood place, but the server told us the seafood is frozen, so better to go for the local goat dishes. Lovely service and view as well.

WORTH THE DRIVE!!! Great food & service at sensible prices! Located about 1 foot above sea level the view cannot be beat! Food is fresh and well prepared. Servers are friendly and helpful. Drive carefully and enjoy the Best Milos has to offer!

Cute little restaurant right down on the water, definitely worth the trip down. Big goat farm right out back - definitely recommend the goat cheese. The feta with honey was also great. Beware the local house white wine - they warned us that it was strong and they weren't kidding! Overall a great spot.
