★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home made Greek food by the beach. Friendly service and top quality as everything is cooked on the same day. Even the potatoes are cut by hand not the usual pre-fried stuff. You have to choose your main dish yourself in the kitchen. Note: My name is also Takis but have no relationship to the owner :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars are not enough for this place! This is not the usual Greek tavern but it offers the most delicious food. Several appetizers to choose from and 8-9 homemade, traditional cooked meals which are different every day. They take you to the kitchen to show you the all meals. Usually one vegetarian option and one with seafood (fish, mussels). The lamb is amazing! My favourite was the meatballs with lemon souse! Takis is very nice and has a great sense of humour, makes you feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original place to eat! No menu, you can chose from 4-5 diferent dishes each day. Price is 10-15 euro/person. The restaurant is on the beach, close to Gythio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! Totally recommended. We ate bell peppers staffed, plate of 3 different kind of melting cheese with potatoes, french fries, fruit and half liter of wine. Dessert + one shot of ouzo kindly offered as compliment from the owner. Greek people are always the best as generous hosts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best restaurant in town. Awesome food and a family like atmosphere. You should simply come multiple days and definitely try the starters Greek Salad, Tzatziki, Saganaki and Bougiourdi and the daily changing meals :)
