Αντιεπαγγελματίες! Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους Δευτέρα 19-7-2020 με σκοπό να έρθουν να αναβαθμίσουν 2 ταμειακές μηχανές για σύνδεση με το taxis. Αφού τους έχω στείλει με email τις πληροφορίες που χρειάζονταν για τις ταμειακές μηχανές, κάλεσαν στις 22-7-2020 να τους πάμε τις ταμειακές μηχανές στον δικό τους χώρο γιατί γίνεται χαμός (έτσι ισχυρίστηκαν). Σημείωση στις 21-7-2020 ανακοινώθηκε από την ΑΑΔΕ παράταση του χρόνου λήξης για τη διασύνδεση με το taxis και παρόλο που το γνωρίζανε και δεν μας ενημερώσανε για την παράταση είπαν ότι δεν μπορούν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν και ότι οπωσδήποτε εάν θέλουμε να εξυπηρετηθούμε θα πρέπει εμείς να πάμε τις ταμειακές στον χώρο τους. Οπότε για τη συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση θα πρέπει να κλείσουμε εμείς τη δική μας και να τους πληρώσουμε για να κάνουν απλά τη δουλειά τους. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι καλά είναι να πληρώνεσαι 30 - 40 - 50 ή όσα ευρώ θεωρείς ότι αξίζει η δουλειά σου - αυτό δεν θα το κρίνω εγώ, αλλά το να μου επβάλεις να κλείσω τη δική μου επιχείρηση αντί να έρθεις στον χώρο μου να κάνεις τη δουλειά σου, αυτό λέγεται αντιεπαγγελματισμός. Και όλα αυτά ενώ ήξερε η εταιρεία την παράταση για άλλους 3 μήνες και ο χρόνος πια είναι πολύς.....

Unprofessional! I contacted them on Monday 19-7-2020 in order for them to come and upgrade 2 cash registers to connect with taxis. After I sent them by email the information they needed about the cash registers, they called on 22-7-2020 to take the cash registers to their place because it was a waste (so they claimed). Note on 21-7-2020 was announced by AADE extension of the expiration time for the connection with taxis and although they knew it and did not inform us about the extension they said that they can not serve us and that definitely if we want to be served we should to go cash registers to their place. So for this business we have to close ours and pay them to just do their job. The truth is that it is good to be paid 30 - 40 - 50 or as many euros as you think your job is worth - I will not judge this, but forcing me to close my own business instead of coming to my place to do it your job, this is called unprofessionalism. And all this while the company knew the extension for another 3 months and the time is now a lot .....
