Αγενης Ο κύριος, άλλη τιμή ήταν η προσφορά και άλλη χρέωσε, και το χειρότερο, πήρα τα χαλιά και βρωμούσε όλο το σπίτι, τα τύλιξαν βρεγμένα υποθέτω..ΜΑΚΡΙΑ.... Unacceptable! Αγενης και στο τηλεφωνο η κοπελα και ο οδηγος στον κοσμο τους, θα πρεπει,να τους περιμενεις να ερθουν οποτε θελουν και οτι ωρα θελουν, μη επαγγελματιες. Σε ερωτηση μου γιατι δεν ενημερωνετε περιπου τι ωρα θα ερθετε η απαντηση ηταν δεν μπορω να σασ πω, και φυσικα φταιω εγω που ηρθατε 11:45 το πρωι και ειχατε πει θα ερθουμε απο το μεσημερι και μετα, και φυσικα μου προτειναν να ακυρωσω την παραγγελία οταν τουσ καλεσα και τους εκανα παραπονα χαχαχα και βεβαια θα την ακυρωσω και θα εχετε την κριτικη που σας αξιζει . Να δουλευουν αυτοι που το αξιζουν !!! και επειδη εκλεισα μεσω deals θα γινουν και εκει τα παραπονα μην την πατήσει και κανενασ αλλος ανθρωπος. Normally he had to have a choice of -5 stars !!!! V	Voula B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ καλός καθαρισμος χαλιων μηχανης. Δεν τα έδινα ποτέ έξω τα πλέναμε μόνοι μας. Καθαρισαν πολύ καλά κ μου άφησαν μήνυμα ότι δεν μπορούσαν να καθαρίσουν καλύτερα. Δεν ξέρω εγώ τα βρήκα τέλεια. Σαν καινούργια! Very good cleaning of machine carpets. I never let them out, we washed them ourselves. Edit: Καμία παρεξήγηση δεν έγινε. Είχαμε συμφωνήσει παράδοση στις 7.30 με 8:00 και το άτομο βαραγε κουδούνια στις 6.15.. Μάλλον έχετε χάσει τον έλεγχο των παραδόσεων ή δεν σας ενημερώνουν. Σήμερα το πρωί έφεραν τα χαλιά μετά από φύλαξη και καθαρισμό, επειδή η πόρτα της πολυκατοικίας ήταν κλειδωμένη κατέβηκε η κυρία που μας φυλάει το 16 μηνών μωρό μας να ανοίξει, οι διανομείς είχαν αφήσει τα χαλιά απ' έξω και όταν τους παρακάλεσε να τα βάλουν στο ασανσέρ να τα ανεβάσουν στο διαμέρισμα, χωρίς να της απαντήσουν μπήκαν στο αυτοκίνητο και έφυγαν. Το μεσημέρι που γύρισα σπίτι και πληροφορήθηκα το συμβάν, κάλεσα την εταιρεία και πολύ ευγενικά και στον πληθυντικό είπα σε μια κυρία που απάντησε τι είχε γίνει και εκείνη μου απάντησε ειρωνικά ότι δεν θα σας τα στρώσουμε κιόλας!!! Βεβαίως το τί ακολούθησε δε λέγεται. Τον επόμενο χρόνο θα δώσω τα χαλιά σε άλλη εταιρεία, που όταν παίρνει ο πελάτης να διαμαρτυρηθεί ευγενικά για κάτι που τον ενόχλησε, θα είναι κι εκείνοι ευγενικοί μαζί του. Όταν πληρώνουμε για μια υπηρεσία ή εργασία, ηλ/κη, υδραυλική, καθαρισμός, κλπ το ποσό αυτό είναι στην ουσία μια επιβράβευση στον εργάτη - τεχνίτη για την καλή του δουλειά, εγώ αρνούμαι να επιβραβεύσω κάποια εταιρεία που ο τελευταίος υπάλληλος έχει το θράσος να με ειρωνευτεί σαν να είμαστε παλιόφιλοι. Δ	Δεσποινα Κοντου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την πρώτη φορά πριν δυο χρόνια που έδωσα εκεί τα χαλιά έμεινα ευχαριστημένη και έτσι τα έδωσα και πέρσι για καθαρισμό . Όταν όμως τα έφεραν και δυο μέρες αργότερα τα έστρωσα , αντιλήφθηκα ότι υπήρχε ένα σκίσιμο στην πίσω πλευρά (επιφάνεια) του ενός ( shaggy) χαλιού. Τους έστειλα και mail με φωτογραφίες και ποτέ δεν μου απάντησαν . Καθόλου επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση ..Εννοείται ότι δεν θα τους εμπιστευτώ ξανά . The first time two years ago I gave the carpets there I was happy and so I gave them last year for cleaning. But when they brought them and two days later I laid them, I realized that there was a tear in the back (surface) of a (shaggy) carpet. I also sent them an email with photos and they never answered me. No professional treatment ..Of course I will not trust them again.
