Εκείνο που μου αρέσει πάρα πολύ είναι η άμεση ανταπόκριση κι εξυπηρέτηση - οι υπεύθυνοι απαντούν αμέσως και είναι πάντα πρόθυμοι να σε βοηθήσουν σε περίπτωση που χρειαστείς περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες για τα προιόντα και, γενικότερα, για να σου λύσουν οποιαδήποτε απορία. Η ποιότητα των κοσμημάτων είναι πάρα πολύ καλή ενώ και οι τιμές είναι αρκετά προσιτές. Συγχαρητήρια! Συνεχίστε έτσι. I have shopped 3 times from this particular jewelry store and I continue to do so. What I really like is the prompt response and service - the people in charge respond immediately and are always willing to help you in case you need more details about the products and, in general, to answer any question you may have. V	V S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα αστέρι για το κατάστημα Καλλιθέας και πολύ τους είναι!!!! Κρίμα και υπήρχε η εταιρία από πριν και δες τους αντιπροσωπεύει τέτοια συμπεριφορά. Αγόρασα χρυσό δαχτυλίδι για δώρο αρχές Δεκέμβρη και ενώ μου είπαν ότι με την απόδειξη αγοράς μπορεί η κοπέλα να το μικρύνει τελικά της ζήτησαν 19 € για την αλλαγή μέγεθους( ενώ κράτησαν ουσιαστικά το κομμάτι χρυσού που έκοψαν και το δαχτυλίδι έγινε μικρότερο και ελαφρύτερο σε βάρος χρυσού) η οποία πήρε σχεδόν 2,5 βδομάδες !!! Η υπεύθυνη στο κατάστημα της Καλλιθέας καθόλου επαγγελματίας, από τις χειροτερες συμπεριφορες που έχω συναντήσει ποτέ σε ΝΕΟ κατάστημα σε αντίθεση με την νεαρή υπάλληλο που έστω προσπαθούσε να χαμογελάσει. Μην προτιμήσετε το καταστημα Καλλιθέας έχει πολλές επιλογές με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση και τις ιδιές τιμές. Κρίμα ένα νέο κατάστημα να στιγματίζεται από την συμπεριφορά της υπεύθυνης και από το after sales support!!!! A star for the Kallithea store and a lot of them are !!!! Επώνυμο ρολόι για το μεγάλο βαπτηστηρι και χρυσά καρφωτα σκουλαρικακια για τη μικρή που μόλις τρύπησε τα αυτάκια της. Γούρια για όλα τα γούστα σε διάφορες τιμές. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση! Πολύ ωραία συσκευασία! Within half an hour I finished with all the Christmas presents! Branded watch for the big baptismal font and gold stud earrings for the little one who just pierced her ears.
