★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice restaurant is located across the street from the beach, so the view is great. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you. I had a cretan spaghetti and my husband "home made giouvetsi" it was the best meal we had in a long time in Rethymno! The service always with a smile , at the end we were offered a home made panna cotta with ice cream!True value for money! i would definitely recommend this restaurant!

What else would you want? It's not like the other restaurants that aggressively are trying to pull out the tourists. Tassos knows its quality and has no need for such a behaviour.
We visited Tassos twice and everytime everything was absolutely phenomal.
My personal advice for you: Try the mussels à la creme! They were the best mussels I've ever eaten. It was so much and so delicious - I'm still dreaming of it.
