Best Greek restaurant in Greece

T	Todd S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Favorite meal we had in Greece. Tiny spot in a very old town with no cars and required a short hike down a hill to get to. Was like being at your grandmother’s house, what an amazing experience. Well worth whatever it takes to get there.

The hosts were very friendly and even if they couldn't speak English well, we could communicate very well. We were given a small schnapps as a farewell gift. We liked it.

First of all the service was excellent, to continue with the quality of the food was pure (everything produced by them from vegetables to meat). Moreover the portions were very big and not to forget to mention the prices are really good.We were offered also wine and homemade cheese pie. Last but not least be careful if you go there by navigator, it leads wrong. We would visit that place again ??? soon.

The complimentary dessert of an iced cake (not sure how to describe it) was great, and a welcomed break from the typical free dessert of cornbread soaked in sugar syrup. Slightly cheaper than the tavern next door so I chose this one.
M	Masterchef La Recette on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grandma preparing the food is adorable and the food is really fresh. We had the lamb with tomato sauce and the lamb in lemon sauce. The tomato one is better. The lemon one was a bit dry though. So very fresh homemade food but maybe not as good as the reviews would tell you.
