★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφωνείς για κράτηση - ρωτάς αν προσφέρει ένα συγκεκριμένο πιάτο - σου απαντούν «Βεβαίως κύριε!» - κάνεις κράτηση. Πηγαίνεις στην ώρα σου - παραγγέλνεις το συγκεκριμένο πιάτο – σου φέρνει τα ορεκτικά και μετά από 30 λεπτά σε ενημερώνει ότι το πιάτο που ζήτησες ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΠΛΕΟΝ! «Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα»: μετά από 10 λεπτά προσφέρει σε άλλο τραπέζι (που ήρθε μετά από σένα) το πιάτο που παρήγγειλες! Το επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι είναι λίγο.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά, τυπικά πιάτα χωρίς κάτι το ξεχωριστό (κάτι το αναμενόμενο). Το service ,σε ειδικές ημέρες(γιορτές κτλ.) που το μαγαζί είναι γεμάτο, είναι εξαιρετικά αργό.
Simple, typical dishes without something special (something to be expected). Service is extremely slow on special days (holidays, etc.) when the shop is full.
