★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent! Irma is the best, there's no doubt.
We had a birthday to celebrate, had a reservation at the Keri Lighthouse, made since July, and the morning of the birthday we received an email from them cancelling the reservation due to "force majeure".
We had the Argonaftes on our list anyway, as it was right next to our villa, so we called them, the reservation was pretty easy to make.
The evening at the Argonaftes was fabulous: amazing view, amazing food, amazing music. They had 2 singers who animated the evening with traditional Greek music. Everything culminated with singing Happy Birthday to our beloved, dancing the Zorba dance and Irma surprising our beloved with a present and a cute birthday cake.
Thank you, Irma, you're amazing ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place with a fantastic staff! We had dinner here, the fish was very good and you must try their yogurt with honey. The price is low considering the good service. If you want to sleep there they have rooms and a pool with view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an incredible experience in this Taverna. Some relatives of the staff were there playing live traditional greek music and it was sooo good. We even danced some sirtakis.The food is also very good, with reasonable prices and large portions, and the views are awesome at sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food with lovely people and astounding view. The place wasn't crowded at all and the atmosphere together with live music makes you stay there and enjoy the evening as long as possible. I'll definitely recommend the Tavern and I'll visit it again if given a chance to.

At nights we learned that they have live music so we will come again for sure!!!

Most of the places in Zakynthos is overrated, we visited them and sadly so disappointing..
BUT one day we tried Taverna Argonaftes and totally felt in love :)
The place,the view,the food,the people..
Can't describe how tasty and delicious the food, Irma (the owner and the waitress lady) does the best Mohito cocktail ever!!
Believe me, this cute place offer you the best dinner ever! And you can enjoy also the amazing sunset, the greek music, the nice weather also.
The best thing what happened to us in Zakynthos is to eat in Argonaftes and meet these beautiful, heartwarming lady Irma :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for sea food. The hospitality was very nice 5/5. The taste is 3.7/5. They have a nice ambiance with live music with 5/5. Although the price are a bit higher than other seafood restaurants (3.5/5), I would definitely recommend this place for sea food freaks.
