Also, I ordered an omelette with pork which was way too salty, the waiter had not offered any replacement and I left hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The interior of the tavern is simple and traditionally decorated. Τhe day we went the fireplace was on to break the humidity and cold of the day. The owners welcomed us hospitably and made us feel at home. The food was at least fantastically delicious, well cooked and although the portions were generous we were not burdened at all. A big thumbs up to Joseph and his wife. If you are in the wider area it will be a serious omission not to visit it.
