★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place we found on Thassos. Tried many places, including the highly rated ones. Still, by far, this is the best we had.
The place is favored by locals, a first hint that it is the right place.
Every day, there is a special, cooked by the lady of the house. Its not on the menu, but thats what anyone should asks for, before checking the menus.
Naturaly friendly hosts. I always left the place filled with positive vibe.
Ask for the cheese cake. If the lady made it, do not hesitate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the greatest tasting meat I've eat in Europe! The only beef stake better than the one I had here was in USA in Kansas city. Eating here is one of the best decisions you can make if you decide to eat in Kinira or in Thassos in general. We've ordered the grilled shrimp, beef steak, pork and chicken souvlaki. Staff was very kind and we received a cheesecake and a round of shots on the house. Thank you for the greatest experience we could have asked for on our last day of vacation! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tavern has genuine traditional greek food. Everything that came from the sea is very fresh, and the vegetables taste like they're from heaven. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and they provide a good service. Try the octopus in wine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite taverns in Thassos. I really feel like home here. The food is really tasty (they have the best steam mussels) and the people are super nice and easy going. When I thinking of Greece they're the first thing that comes to mind.
P.S. If go here in the morning there is an old lady that doesn't know English very well, but cookes the best breakfast and she's very nice and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, tasty food. Skoumpri (mackerel) was exceptionally tasty!! The octopus portion is satisfying, but it was not the best in taste. The mix grilled vegetables, really nice and good portion.
As for the kalamarakia (squids) they were nice.
The 4 stars are because even if the food is really nice, it is not super wow in total.
The view to the beach is really nice and there is a needed breeze on the balcony of the restaurant!

The food was great , sea food specifically , octopus , oysters, squids etc. The personnel are very very kind and helpful . Price was ok , not to cheap not to expensive.
One thing is bad that it doesn't have a parking space and you're obliged to park on the main road which is narrow. Other than that , i highly recommend it!!!!
