★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a hill, tucked away from the tourist hordes of Paleokastritsa, this tavern offers amazing local Greek cuisine with attentive service and fair prices. Our family dined there, and had to return (for a total of 4 times). And every time service and food were splendid.
What we can recommend:
- tzatziki;
- moussaka;
- sofrito;
- devil grevyer (spicy oven fried cheese).
- Troumpeta dish (chicken fillet with cheese, prosciutto & tomatoes).
- skip the "Cod" - unless you want 'fish & chips' :)
If you come at a certain hour, you might get a colour play of the sunset skies while on the front terrace (facing the road).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend the tavern, very good food at moderate prices. The best moussaka I had in Corfu. I recommend a trip to the restaurant by bike through the pass, it is the icing on the cake of our effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from the place is funny :-) you see these pretty buildings and number of cars passing constantly. Coffee was made fast and was done very very well! I got a Fredo Capuccino Metrio (medium sugar) and enjoyed every sip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Taverns in Corfu. Great meat, everything fresh, and made by the cook. Even fries are homemade! Vast menu of starters and corfiot cheese to try out. Go for Saganaki, and the grilled peppers. They are delicious! The place itself is situated next to the road on top of the mountain so you will not miss it. There is a parking behind the taverna so you have a place to leave your car safely. Great, and very nice service. A must eat when in Corfu!
