★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real family dinner experience. This place is casual and welcoming. Positively nostalgic vibe and kind owners make you forget about the crowds of tourists and fastfoodish bistros by the sea.
The cooking is simple but delicious with variety of homemade greek dishes. Romeos are a good choice for lunch ir a relaxing dinner if you are passing by the village.
Expect simple casuallity rather than fancy intriguing dishes end good old homemade quality over a fast service.
You can park at nearby car park (ca 200m) and enjoy the view of countryside or visit the mythical looking local church ruin on your walk to the Tavern.

The owner is super nice guy, the service is very good. It is very friendly environment and the food is kinda homemade food that you get from your grandma !
The owner came with this whiteboard and explained every single food and had good recommendations and local tour guide!
I recommend Dolma (wine leaf)
U can park your car just in front of the restaurant :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a late lunch/ supper with friends. Best food I had in Corfu during my stay this year. Great local food with a fantastic host. Food much less touristy with a more local and traditional element. Will certainly return and can confidently recommend dining there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best food we had in Greece. Dimitris and his wife are wonderful cooks and hosts. Everything we ordered was spectacular. Especially the imam, calamari, shrimp, and bougatsa. Don’t miss this place.

Food is beautiful! The host is fantastic and such a friendly person! He took time to explain every single item on the menu. He even gave me a hand painted rock (with a cat on it!!).
We will be back next time!
