★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το φαγητό ήταν αρκετά νόστιμο αλλα την όλη εμπειρία την χάλασε η συμπεριφορά ενός εκ των σερβιτόρων (μάλλον ο υπεύθυνος ) ο οποίος ήταν αγενέστατος και ειρωνικός σε οτιδήποτε και αν του λέγαμε. Επίσης φερόταν άσχημα στους άλλους σερβιτόρους μπροστά στους πελάτες. Χαρά στο κουράγιο στους υπόλοιπους υπαλλήλους .
 The food was quite tasty but the whole experience was spoiled by the behavior of one of the waiters (probably the person in charge) who was very rude and ironic in whatever we told him. He also treated other waiters badly in front of customers. Joy to the courage of the other employees.

În prima faza am mers în jurul prânzului sa facem rezervare pentru cina și ne-au dat o carte de vizita, pentru a-i suna după ora 18 pentru rezervare, fapt ce am și făcut, am sunat, dar nu s-a putut face rezervare, era totul rezervat (PS : am sunat la 17 : 59) . Oricum, ne-am încercat norocul și am găsit pana la urma masa pe la ora 19 fără nici o rezervare. Problema a fost ca am stat cel puțin o ora pana sa fim serviți...au cam uitat de noi. S-au mai scos cu mâncarea, dar nu îndeajuns. Data viitoare sun cu doua zile înainte sa rezervare masa și la prânz și seara la Kardamo, și va recomand tuturor aceasta taverna, este ceva deosebit.
Good food, decent prices, staff leaves much to be desired. In the first phase we went around lunch to make a reservation for dinner and they gave us a business card, to call them after 6 pm for the reservation, which we did, we called, but it was not possible to make a reservation, it was all reserved (PS: I called at 17:59). Anyway, we tried our luck and finally found the table around 7 pm without any reservation. The problem was that we stayed at least an hour before we were served ... they kind of forgot about us. They came out with more food, but not enough. Next time I call two days before booking a meal at noon and in the evening at Kardamo, and I recommend this tavern to everyone, it is something special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best culinary experience we had in all of Pelion. The food was truly delicious; the aroma's and spices perfectly balanced. The views are amazing: one side the incredible town of Makrinitsa with its huge trees, the other side the bay and Volos. The staff is kind and everything is relatively cheap. A must visit!
