Not friendly and I was overcharged. The previous taxi driver was very polite end correct with prices.

ADDITIONAL INFO: After posting the review George contacted me and explained the situation. Because of this I raised the review to 3 stars (instead of 1). This because at the end he was responsible for the situation, since we booked the transfer through his company, Due to a delay in the flight of his previous customer, he asked a colleague of his to fill in and pick us up. This driver was not part of his company and he told me he wouldn’t be using this colleague again. George apologized for the experience and told me this was the opposite of the service they want to offer. He also reimbursed me the 15 EUR that I was overcharged for. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used this company for a transfer from Marbella Elix to Ioannina airport. Before the ride communication was quick, although during the booking the price changed from 130 to 145 due to a communication error between the owner of the company and his father. Of course, this can happen, and it’s not a big issue but should not happen. The taxi was at the hotel at the agreed time; however, the ride was not pleasant or very safe. The taxi(driver) smelt like smoke and the taxi was not as clean as would be expected. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work so it was very warm in the car and because of that we had to make the whole drive with windows opened which was not very pleasant for the passengers in the back. The biggest issue I had though, was not with the car, but the driver. During the drive he was frequently speeding, calling on his phone without a headset and traffic signs seemed more a suggestion to him than rules. Also, when arrived at the destination the driver demanded 160 EUR for the ride instead of the agreed upon 145 EUR. This was a very disappointing end of an already disappointing ride. I would absolutely not book with this company again and also recommend other travellers to look for alternatives. The only reason we still give one star is because at the end we did arrive at our destination.
