Poor service They don't pick up the phones Not at all convenient website Absence of parcel tracking system with tracking number The first time they received a university book on 29/4 and they handed it to me on 7/6 Sunday without any notice The second time they received a university textbook again in mid-May and it has not yet arrived while the delivery deadline has expired The worst Away!!!

Πως υποτιθεται οτι θα επικοινωνησουμε για την παραλαβη του δεματος μας αν δεν σηκωνετε κανενα τηλεφωνο ανεξαρτητως ωρας; Pick up the phones. How are we supposed to communicate about the receipt of our parcel if you do not pick up any phone regardless of time?

Δεν είναι καθόλου συνεπείς στις παραδόσεις, δεν απαντάνε τηλέφωνα, δεν μπορείς να τους βρεις πουθενά και δεν ειδοποιούν. Irresponsible, Unprofessional, Fraudsters, Unacceptable, ... and we are still in "A". They are not at all consistent in deliveries, they do not answer phones, you cannot find them anywhere and they do not notify.

Μάλιστα ενδιαφέρθηκαν 2 υπάλληλοι να με ενημερώσουν για την κατάσταση των πακέτων μου και να με βοηθήσουν με την παραλαβή πράγμα που δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει και οφείλω να το μοιραστώ :) Very good and prompt service! In fact, 2 employees were interested in informing me about the status of my packages and to help me with the receipt of something I have never encountered before and I have to share it :)

Δεν μπορείς να καταλάβεις που βάζεις το tracking number (είτε έχεις είτε δεν έχεις λογαριασμό), τα links είναι πολύ μεγάλα, το μενού είναι ανεπαρκές. Επιπλέον, το μενού δεν λειτουργεί καθόλου καλά αν μπεις από κινητό. Το αναδυόμενο μενού απλά σου δείχνει για λίγο τις επιλογές και κλείνει μόνο του μετά, καθιστώντας το άχρηστο με αυτόν τον τρόπο. An awkward website to the point where it doesn't go. You can't understand where you put the tracking number (whether you have an account or not), the links are very large, the menu is insufficient. In addition, the menu does not work well at all if you enter from a mobile phone. The pop-up menu simply shows you the options for a while and closes on its own afterwards, making it useless in this way.
Ε	Ε μ' τι? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου ήρθαν τα βιβλία από τον ευδοξο με αυτή την εταιρία. Πήγα στην μόνη διεύθυνση που γράφει στο ίντερνετ για Αττική και μου είπαν ότι είναι σε άλλο κατάστημα στους αμπελόκηπους όπου εμένα εγώ. Οπότε στην ουσία πήγα έκανα μια αρκετά μεγάλη διαδρομή για το τίποτα, αλλά το καλό είναι ότι πήραν τηλέφωνο να μου τα φέρουν στο σπίτι και μου τα έφεραν αμέσως μόλις ξεκίνησαν οι παραδώσεις. Χρειάζεται να βάλουν καλύτερες και περισσότερες πληροφορίες στο ίντερνετ. The books from my success with this company came to me. I went to the only address he writes on the internet about Attica and they told me that he is in another store in the vineyards where I am. So basically I went on a pretty long journey to nothing, but the good thing is that they called me to bring them home and brought them to me as soon as the deliveries started. They need to put better and more information on the internet.
N	Nikolas Galanopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο τωρινό εξάμηνο έχουν ήδη καθυστερήσει 1 μήνα (δεν έχει έρθει καν σύγγραμμα) , στο προηγούμενο εξάμηνο δεν εμφανίστηκαν ποτέ. Δεν ήρθε το βιβλίο ποτέ, δεν απάντησαν σε κανένα από τα μέηλ που τους έστειλα, σε κανένα τηλεφώνημα μας και ούτε σε τηλεφώνημα των εκδόσεων (!) που τους έδωσαν τα βιβλία προς αποστολή. Στο τέλος αναγκαστικά παρέλαβα το βιβλίο πηγαίνοντας στις εκδόσεις. Απαράδεκτοι τουλάχιστον. In the current semester they are already 1 month late (no book has even come), in the previous semester they never appeared. The book never came, they did not respond to any of the emails I sent them, to any of our phone calls or to any phone calls from the publications (!) That gave them the books to send. In the end I had to pick up the book by going to the publications. Unacceptable at least.
