Δεν μπορώ να έχω άποψη για τα άλλα καταστήματα της courier center αλλά αυτό της Υμηττού είναι άψογο. Σάββατο παρήγγειλα, Δευτέρα μου τα φέρανε. Really EXCELLENT transport. One of the best that exists in Greece in contrast to something else. I can not have an opinion on the other stores of the courier center but that of Hymettus is flawless. I ordered on Saturday, they brought it to me on Monday.

Η κυρία Δήμητρα ήταν εκείνη που συνεργάστηκα περισσότερο μαζί της, κ μ βρήκε λύση για το δέμα μου. Σας ευχαριστώ συνεχίστε έτσι! I was served both by phone and up close by the 2 amazing girls! Mrs. Dimitra was the one I worked with the most, and she found a solution for my package. Thank you keep it up!
C	Constantinos Lykakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιλογή clever point για πιο άμεση παράδοση της παραγγελίας(σύμφωνα με γραπτό μνμ της εταιρίας, θα γινόταν η παραλαβή της παραγγελίας ταχύτερα, δηλαδή σε 2 και όχι 3 εργάσιμες) Περνούν οι 2 μέρες καμία ενημέρωση. Σε τηλ επικοινωνία, ενημερώνουν ότι τελικά χρειάζονται 3 εργάσιμες, οκ... Έρχεται η τρίτη εργάσιμη μέρα και διαπιστώνω ότι το clever point φαρμακείο δεν εφημέρευε μιας και ήταν Μ. Παρασκευή. Τους καλώ από το πρωί να τους ενημερώσω ώστε να βρούμε μια λύση χωρίς αποτέλεσμα, μιας και κανένας δεν απαντούσε στα τηλέφωνα (πάνω από 20 κλήσεις κ email). Το Μ. Σάββατο που επιτέλους απάντησαν και τους ρώτησα γιατί εφόσον είναι κλειστό το clever point δεν ήρθατε σε επικοινωνία ώστε να γίνει η παράδοση, οι απαντήσεις που έλαβα ήταν «εγώ υπάλληλος είμαι» «δεν μπορώ να σας βοηθήσω εγώ» «δεν είναι στην δίκη αρμοδιότητα» «οι εταιρία έχει κανόνες» κτλ. Η παραγγελία είχε δωθεί στην εταιρία σας 13/4 και η παράδοση έγινε 21/4. Επέμενα τόσο πολύ για την παραγγελία μου επειδή ήταν είδος πρώτος ανάγκης (η τροφή του κατοικιδίου μου) και όχι κάτι δευτερεύον. Εκτός από την αρνητική κριτική προς εσάς, το πιο σοβαρό πρόβλημα είναι ο αντίκτυπος που έχουν οι συνεργαζομενες επιχειρήσεις μαζί σας διότι εκτίθενται απέναντι στους πελάτες τους. Σήμερα το Petshop έχασε ένα πελάτη του, χωρίς να φταίει. Κάλεσα για να παραλάβουν μία επιστροφή που ήθελα να κάνω σε εταιρεία, απάντησαν με την πρώτη κλήση, η γυναίκα ήταν πολύ ευγενική, ήρθε ο κούριερ σε λιγότερο από δύο ώρες και μάλιστα ο άνθρωπος πέρασε και από δεύτερη διεύθυνση που του ζητήσαμε για να παραλάβει το πακέτο. Πραγματικά είναι σωστοί επαγγελματίες, τόσο το υποκατάστημα όσο και η εταιρεία, ο μικρότερος χρόνος αναμονής παραλαβής και παράδοσης που έχω συναντήσει από όλες τις μεταφορικές εταιρείες. Και εκτός απ' αυτό ήταν και αγενεστατη όταν της ζήτησα να χαλάσει κάπως λέγοντας μου πως θα κάνει τη δική μου δουλειά. Δεν ήξερα ότι είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να έχουμε ψιλα γιατί εσείς δε μπορείτε να κάνετε τη δουλειά σας όπως πρέπει. Τραγικοί το λιγότερο. Θα φροντίσω να ενημερωσω και οποίον ξέρω καθώς και την εταιρεία που παρήγγειλα ώστε να σας αποφεύγουν. Tragic. Έιχα ενα ατύχημα μια μερα, ευτυχώς υλικές ζημιές μονο και ένα τζιν δικο μου σκισμένο. Το αφεντικό, μου κράτησε απ το μισθό μου χρήματα για να φτιάξει το μηχανάκι!! Εργασιακές συνθήκες μεσαίωνα!! Αν είναι δυνατόν εταιρεία να μην έχει ασφάλεια και να κρατάει λεφτά απ τους υπαλλήλους της! Ντροπή και αίσχος....κρίμα για τα παιδιά που δουλεύουν εκεί!
