Στο κατάλυμα δεν έμεινα και δεν έχω άποψη για τα δωμάτια, όπως επίσης και για την τοποθεσία που νομίζω είναι υπέροχη. Γράφω για την απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη προς το πρόσωπό μου. Έβλεπα κατά καιρούς στα σχόλια του booking ότι υπήρχαν παράπονα για τις κρατήσεις και για το οικονομικό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης συνήθιζε να κάνει λάθη στη διαχείριση κρατήσεων και να αλλάζει τις τιμές. Για το λόγο αυτό 15 μέρες πριν πάμε του τηλεφώνησα για να επιβεβαιώσω τις ημερομηνίες και την τιμή. (Η τιμή είχε συμφωνηθεί τηλεφωνικά στην αρχική μας επικοινωνία για 40 ευρώ ημερησίως και είχε σταλεί και στο messenger στην σελίδα του καταλύματος για επιβεβαίωση, έχω και το σχετικό αποδεικτικό). Αφού μου επιβεβαίωσε τις σωστές ημερομηνίες με δυσκολία μεν και ψάχνοντας αρκετή ώρα ,τον ρώτησα και για τιμή. Μου είπε είναι στα 60 ευρώ.Με ωραίο τρόπο του εξήγησα ότι είχαμε συμφωνήσει στα 40 και ότι σε κάθε περίπτωση θα έπρεπε να με είχε ειδοποιήσει για την αλλαγή της τιμής. Στην συνέχεια ακολούθησε ένας έντονος διάλογος απέναντί μου λέγοντας μου ότι είναι περιουσία του και ότι θα τα βάζει όσο θέλει και ότι δεν ήταν αναγκασμένος να με ειδοποιήσει και ότι οι τιμές έτσι αλλάζουν στο booking ανά πάσα στιγμή. Του εξήγησα σε ήρεμο τόνο ότι δεν μπορούμε να δεχτούμε την κράτηση υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες και ότι δεν είναι δείγμα επαγγελματισμού να αλλάζεις τις συμφωνίες και με ωραίο τρόπο το ακυρώσαμε. Με κάλεσε μετά από 10 λεπτά για να μου ζητήσει συγνώμη και ότι είχε κάνει λάθος τελικά η τιμή ήταν όσο είχαμε συμφωνήσει. Και πάλι δεν δέχτηκα και το βράδυ μου έστειλε ένα προσβλητικό SMS ότι φταίω εγώ και ότι κάνω ότι θέλω, μια κλείνω και μια ακυρώνω ενώ περιμένουν και άλλοι. Arrivati a destinazione l'albergatore ci fa attendere un buon quarto d'ora prima di farsi vivo e si presenta in asciugamano appena uscito dalla doccia. La struttura è una specie di cantiere a cui mancano parti di muro. La camera è sporca il bagno incrostato avevo persino paura ad appoggiare i piedi per terra dallo sporco. La tavolozza del water era gialla e abbiamo addirittura trovato uno scarafaggio in camera. Non ti forniscono nulla non un asciugamano ne tantomeno il sapone. L'unica cosa che si salva è il prezzo.
