Na plus: duże, nowe, wysokie pomieszczenie do spania. Obiekt położony w oliwkowym gaju. Spokój. Duży parking. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Ciepła woda jest, ale trzeba ją uprzednio włączać/wyłączać - jest to opisane na kartce.
Na minus: Lokalizacja na obrzeżach Sparty, z daleka od centrum, knajpek, sklepów. Początkowo nieco kłopotliwy proces zameldowania - właściciel raczej nie mieszka na miejscu, nie było Go, ostatecznie po dłuższym czasie okazało się, że klucze są w drzwiach.
Ogólnie dość "spartańskie" warunki. Brak kuchenki.
Stay in September 2020.
On the plus side: large, new, high sleeping room. The property is located in an olive grove. Calm. Ample parking. Good value for money. There is hot water, but you have to turn it on / off first - it is described on a piece of paper.
On the downside: Location on the outskirts of Sparta, far from the center, pubs, shops. Initially a bit troublesome check-in process - the owner does not live on the spot, he was not there, finally after a long time it turned out that the keys were in the door.
Generally quite "spartan" conditions. No oven.

Grand et propre. Cuisine sans vaisselle ni ustensile.
Pas de wifi.
Possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix à près de 20€ la nuit.
Entire accommodation located in a field of orange trees, near Sparta.
Big and clean. Kitchen without dishes or utensils.
No wifi.
Possibility to park the car in the courtyard.
Very good value for money at almost 20€ per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Чуть лучше чем в палатке. Мы зимой были, то внутри та же температура что и на улице. Только и того, что на кровати спишь. Разве что апельсин нарвать можно, потому что это просто сарайчик в апельсиновом саду.
A little better than in a tent. We were in the winter, then inside the same temperature as on the street. Only the fact that you sleep on the bed. Unless you can pick an orange, because it's just a shed in an orange garden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for the price. The hot water situation was pretty lacking. The bathroom was a pretty standard Greek bathroom. And by that I mean it sprayed water all over the floor and had no fan or ventilation to dry the mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magical place, great atmosphere, nice room. Good communication with the owner. Couldn't get the hot water to work (despite the instructions), but that's probably my fault. :D I enjoyed my stay very much and can recommend it.
